Nasa and its team provide an efficient and professional service.

I was reluctant to go down the umbrella route but, after 33 years of contracting through a limited company, the IR35 monster finally cornered me in 2021. Being given no choice by my client, I had to commit permicide and become an employee of an umbrella company. Having had quotations from several, I chose NASA because of their convincing and knowledgeable answers to my questions. After working with them for the past 20 months, I honestly cannot fault them. Payments are always accurate and timely, pension deductions handled efficiently and any queries answered fully and promptly.

My first time contracting and I had read mixed reviews on Nasa however I have found their service to be outstanding across the board - sales, customer service & pensions team. I would highly recommend. All queries answered quickly, paid correctly and on time.

I have been with Nasa for nearly 3 years. Professional, caring, understanding not to forget very patience. For any new or established Limited company, I would recommended Nasa as your accountant. At first, I was little bit apprehensive and doubt that I was moved from another accountancy firm to Nasa but they proved me wrong.. they are so articulate and will go a mile ahead in order to explain how accountancy world run especially for a new limited company like me 3 years ago. Very professional and helpful umbrella payroll service. It was straightforward to set up the umbrella company and any queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Seriously slow to respond to emails. On average I'd say it takes 2 - 3 emails over a week to get a response. I'd go to one of the other umbrellas that are around.

I have been witH Nasa from either an Umbrella or as my accountants for many years. I have always found them fantastic.

I use them for both sides of the IR35 coin and the service I get it fantastic. Would recommend them highly as Accountants for Limited companies, AND as an umbrella company

I have had the best support from all the account managers at NASA especially Jason Peach. There is nothing that is too much trouble for Jason and even the previous account managers. Fantastic! Really looking forward to the new year and beyond.

I've been using this umbrella company since April. It was okay for the first few months; they made a couple of mistakes, but they rectified them when I called them about it. Their service has been going downhill for the last one and a half months. I always submit my supporting documents on Sundays, so they have six days to sort out my tax-free expenses, but when I call them about it, they either block my number for a day or put me on hold indefinitely. Even if the call does go through, the staff that answers makes the excuse that they are understaffed and can't do their jobs properly because of it.

First umbrella company i have used inside IR35 and no complaints. Payments clearly shown and on time into my account.

Very helpful and easy to deal with, setup my chosen SIPP with ease and even claimed my expense for professional registration fees back which was great help to me.

I have run through on-boarding with NASA and they have been great so far. Just wanted to write a review as there are loads of awful contractor umbrella companies out there and it was stressing me out trying to pick one.

Awful company, I've been with them for 5 months and the last 3 months they've cocked up my payroll so I have to call and complain to get them to fix it. They're no cheaper than anyone else. I'm leaving as soon as I can and I'd advise you to steer clear.

As a contractor in the defence industry I worked with Nasa Umbrella for over five years and found them extremely helpful and professional throughout, I would strongly recommend them.

Faultless; have been with them well over 2 years and any issues or complexities in tax, NI or pension, have always been dealt with swiftly and competently; v nice people on their staff as well. Always pay well on time and correctly - I guess that's most important!

The worst expeience i have had is with this Umberlla company who have never paid me on time. Had to take day off work to get my payment on the same day for a whole month. Never recommend to anyone again.
