NASA we’re always very helpful and responded quickly to any issues raised

I have used NASA for the past 14 months as my contracting Umbrella company and have nothing but praise for them. They explain the process really well and are very quick in returning calls/queries to keep you updated with the information you require. At one stage I was unsure of the pay statement, one of the senior people called me to explain it to me which was extremely helpful. Payments are always bang on time and accurate. I strongly recommend this company to all fellow contractors

Most excellent service received for the past 2 years whilst using the Limited Company support and previously using the Umbrella solution. Have used Nasa as an Umbrella Company for 11 years working for the Public Sector and their service is superb. Always pay on time, always handle my queries quickly and they have great online resources for Expenses, Timesheets and Payslips :-)

I joined NASA for an under IR35 role and found them absolutely helpful and supportive. The level of communication is excellent and effective and the staff is proactive to help your needs and support (I would like to specially mention- Aidan Folland for his great services throughout my journey with them and also payroll and contract team has been awesome). Nasagroup was recommended to me by my agency when I had to transition from providing my services through my own company to being employed via an umbrella company. I have to say that Nasa were great throughout, from setting me up, providing information and handling payroll quickly and accurately. On the few occasions I needed additional assistance I found each of the people I dealt with at Nasa to be couteous and helpful. Even upon leaving (as I'd taken a permanent role), they were helpful and efficient. I will chosse Nasa again if I return to contracting.

Everything about NASA was exceptional. The people were lovely, the service was swift, everything worked smoothly, their communications were clear... 11 out of 10. Maybe 12.

From the first interaction the level of service has been brilliant. All requests were actioned quickly and I could always call through and speak to someone who could help me straight away.

Tried to onboard with Nasagroup as an inside IR35 Contractor. The generic umbrella registration was fine, however they then attempted to extend the contract by way of assignment specific terms. Instead of drafting these terms out properly, they just dumped a copy of an external Ltd Company to Agency contract in there and said "Ignore the bits that don't refer to Personnel". Basically, if they cannot be bothered to do the proper paperwork, then I cannot be bothered to use them. I would avoid this company.

Very good communication and support and fast replies on any enquires I had. Everything was on time and they were very transparent.

Great, professional service. Always so helpful and responsive, I have never waited long for reply and felt well treated. I would give 6 stars if there was an option.

My accountant is always there for me. Also get great support on company year end and personal tax process. The insurance and accounting software bundled in is also great.
