NASA umbrella provided me with an accurate and kind help in any issues raising with my contract

Working with NASA was my first experience of working under an Umbrella Company for IR35 purposes. I spoke to three companies before I made my choice and NASA was the most helpful and responsive. This remained the case throughout my time with them.

My experience with NASA is extremely positive. They were my umbrella company for over 2 years and I never had any issues. Payments were always made on time and any queries answered efficiently and correctly. Would highly recommend.

No issues I could raise. They have been accurate and took time to explain the payslips etc. prompt responses to my queries. I am leaving purely because I have secured a permanent role, but will use them again in the future.

The first decent umbrella company I have used. Only ever use FCSA registered umbrella companies, or HMRC will assume you are underpaying tax - its really not worth it.

I can highly recommend this company to anyone in need of umbrella services. It is rare these days to get a fast personal service but you will get this from Nasa. They respond within minutes / a couple of hours at most to queries and go out of their way to service the needs of their clients. I will certainly be returning when I need these services again.

I used Nasa for just under a year and was very impressed with the service from beginning to end. Their staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient which made the signing on procees quick and painless. Payments were always made on time and I never had a need to query the figures. Their rates are very competitive and they offer flexibility with payments with options like holiday pay. I would thoroughly recommend Nasa if you are considering using an umbrella company.

Excellent, responsive and personal in their approach.

I used Nasagroup as an umbrella company for a recent work placement. I had to do very little other than upload my timesheets at the end of the month. Their portal is well designed and easy to use and their staff are extremely helpful and respond to questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing an umbrella company.

I am a senior consultant (30+ years experience) using my own company since 2003 however I joined the Nasagroup on 3rd Jan 2021 for a Government contract. I checked a few companies out first and Nasagroup had I felt the best terms of employment (more client friendly) than the others and were very proactive in on-boarding me to their company. I ended up workign for a year on the sae contract and the extensions were handled very smoothly. The support throughout the year was first class from everyone (the account manager and the payroll team). I felt very well looked after at all times, got paid all my salary and holiday pay on time woth proper payslips and notifications, and as a result I would highly recommend them.
