5 years ago they where good

5 years ago they where good. Every year they increase the price and interest. They think I am stupid. Other companies charging me 2350 they charging 2838 and the insurance company is same. I am paying 12% with premfina already they said I have to pay 17% using them. Dodgy tactics. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

We completely understand that increasing insurance premiums and finance costs are frustrating, particularly within the Motor Trade market where rates have risen significantly across the industry over recent years.

Unfortunately, pricing is influenced by a range of factors including insurer appetite, claims inflation, vehicle repair costs, fraud trends, and interest rate increases. These are set by insurers and finance providers and are outside of our direct control as a broker.

We always aim to secure the most competitive terms available from our panel of insurers. However, there may be occasions where another broker has access to an exclusive scheme or insurer arrangement that allows them to offer a lower premium than we are able to match. While disappointing, this is not uncommon within the insurance market and does not necessarily indicate unfair or misleading pricing tactics.

We genuinely appreciate every customer who gives us the opportunity to provide a quotation and we are sorry we were unable to remain competitive on this occasion.

I recently contacted a motor trade…

I recently contacted a motor trade insurance broker for a quote, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. Adam Palmer was incredibly informative throughout the entire call, taking the time to explain every detail clearly and making sure I understood all my options. His knowledge of the motor trade industry was evident, and he answered all my questions with confidence and patience.
What stood out most was how approachable and transparent Adam was—no pressure, just honest guidance to help me find the right cover. It’s rare to receive this level of professionalism and clarity when discussing insurance, but he delivered it effortlessly.
