Not Happy!!
Not happy!! Doubled insurance when I had van stolen, never had a claim in 30 years!! Lost all no claims down to 2 years, not my fault I had van stolen and nothing back for contents. Also affected my separate motorbike insurance with different company, doubled that as well as evidently it's a claim for a motor vehicle so affects that as well. Would have been better off financially if I just took it in the chin and never claimed, but I thought that was the idea of having insurance!!
whilst I appreciate it is not particularly Nash Warren's fault as they are only a broker it's insurance company's in general.

Unfortunately, acting as your insurance broker, we do not have any control over premium increases following a claim. We do sympathise that your van being stolen is not your fault.
We did search the market to try and find a cheaper rate for you. Your current insurer however remained the most competitive, despite their increase.
We hope that you may reconsider your review, as the premium increase is outside of our control. We have done everything we can to find you the best possible price for your insurance.
