I was scheduled for Premium fitting and ALF Front wheel alignment on Saturday morning at 08.30 am.
I have arrived at 08.27 am. I stopped at the entrance as usual. It wasn't my first visit. A young lad told me to f off, because I should not block the entrance. I parked on the side, then another guy told me, my tires haven't arrived. They looked busy already, considering their official operating hours. I asked why nobody contacted me. The manager told me, they did try to call me allegedly. I showed him my phone records, which shoved no phone call from them. He insisted,so I did let it go.
Then I asked him, if he could reschedule the car for the followingSaturday. I booked on Saturday for reason, because that's the only day I'm free from work. He refused, and promised to call me on Tuesday, on the same phone number, they couldn't reach me before, because they never did.
Probably, they were overbooked for a friend, or a high priority customer.
I'm highly disappointed. It will be my last visit for sure.

A few weeks ago I purchased four new tyres from National Tyres and Autocare Eastbourne. They weren’t cheap and so when staff told me about the optional tyre warranty I paid the £7.99 for each tyre. I’m so glad I did! This week I had my first puncture in 40 years! The lovely guys in Eastbourne sorted out a new replacement tyre - same premium brand - without any fuss. Thank you.

Was a tad concerned that now it's part of Halfords it may not be as good. No worries, still the same excellent service with polite and friendly staff.
Best of all its the same integrity as I didn't need anything done re tyres and brakes so no unnecessary work.
Will definitely continue to use them.

Just had a new set of Autgreen tyres from Jakub,Gavin,Spencer and Joe.

Very efficiently and quickly done by Jake..I am an old National Customer and it was great to see the old standards maintained ,albeit by clever and efficient youngsters

.Nice no pressure atmosphere too.. a relief these days!

No complaints at all in fact quite the reverse..

Went to National Tyres and guy checked which tyres needed replacing. Ordering went well. Generally clear, although so many tyres seem to work, and no clear guide as to what one should look for.

I like it here when Im changing tyres because it suits my budget especially when you buy them online (that's the trick) then leave it with Gareth or Andy and have a little walk at the pier. After a short while, your phone will ring and it's ready for pick up --- all done! Most of all, thumbs up to all the staff there!

I arrived at your garage with a flat tyre as a result of a pot hole incident, when I arrived I was greeted by Gavin who promptly dealt with my issue. Sadly, you were unable to provide the tyre that I needed but he helped me get back on the road by swapping over the damaged wheel with my space saver. I was a few miles away from home in a suit so this was very much appreciated as I can only imagine the state I would have been in if I had to attempt this myself. Thank you Gavin.

Excellent communication very pleased with my purchase

I not sure about adding 'mileage' on the purchase form. It is my wife's car and seems more desirable than essential.
