Handed my Wife's car into National today for two new front tyres to be fitted and the tracking to be adjusted. Steve and the team did the usual great job and we got the car back in a couple of hours.

Well where do I start with this garage, very unprofessional, unexperienced, lack of customer service skills, and attitude towards female customers. Have an ongoing complaint with this garage. Having leading and lying to customers regarding work being carried out, when they had not even moved a car within 2 weeks, done any work, or bothered to show interest, but continued to lie regarding work being completed, wasting 2 weeks of customers valuable time, energy and money, costing the customer extra headache, and more money out of pocket, and also causing further damage to the car, by servicing a car months ago with an important error fault, but never advised customer. the list goes on, the area manager is useless should not be in a customer service role, defending his workers even though they are in the wrong, said that an internal issue, and the customer will not know the outcome, Halfords will not be dealing with this issue anymore, not solving the problem, or helping the customer whom it correct on this occasion, definitely discrimination to females, this matter should never be in this position after 2 weeks of promised work, this should of been advised that Halfords were not experienced in dealing with this type of vehicle, instead of causing all these further problems, to both parties, so the situation continues for being uncapable and lack of customer service skills.. poor poor service.

Won’t be back . 5 days to get my car through its MOT (handbrake issue) More disappointed at no updates or
Information. Can see the garage is overbooked .

Just had my car MoT’d by Steve and his Team.
Gordon, Paddy and William always helpful and courteous.
As always great service both friendly and professional.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Terrible customer service, no updates had my car in for an MOT which failed on Brake pads and disks….fair enough, however what should have been an afternoon job for any other garage took them 5 full days to fix. They broke my coloured calliper when doing the job and replaced it with a normal one! Without even telling me (like I wouldn’t notice) have had to take elsewhere to get sorted as would NEVER trust this place again. Please be aware before booking your car/van into this branch!!

Just wanted to say many thanks to the guys at this garage.I had a flat tyre on Monday afternoon and just managed to get there.They were very busy but said if I waited they would fix my tyre.Could not be fixed but replacement tyre was a good price and got me on my way again.Once again many thanks ,great job guys!

Kirkintilloch branch, they are now under Halfords so we are a big company with more back up and less can go wrong 🤣Booked in for 9.30 on the Thursday. I’m self employed so booked the morning off. Showed up, no tyres.ok Manager apologised and sent for a taxi to pick up the tyres. Booked in for 9.30 on the Friday. Again booked the morning off, showed up and they got the wrong size tyre’s delivered. Away home I go again after loosing another days work. Sorry sir we will fix this immediately. If we don’t get your tyres this afternoon we will upgrade to the best on offer. This is now end of play on Saturday and I haven’t had a response. Worst customer service I’ve had in any respect in my lifetime

Lovely staff. They are what keep me returning. I always feel that they are very fair and will not do unnecessary work on my car and will advise when something should be done.

Very easy website to get my tyres and straight forward monthly payments sorted. Highly recommended.

Great team at the garage. Booked for 5pm to replace a worn tyre and one of gents had the new tyre on in minutes and I was on my way again at 5:25pm.

Great service the guys were very courteous slight delay due to unforeseen circumstances couldn’t be more apologetic.
However,the guys worked tirelessly to minimise delay. It was reassuring to know that as a customer you are valued and appreciate.

While the purchase was straightforward enough, there was a 5% discount for two tyres. If you had missed the code there was no way to go back and retrieve it.
Had to start the whole purchase over to take advantage.

Great team at Kirkintilloch branch MOT showed cut inside tyre not visable without ramp guys sourced tyres next day delivery and fitted.
Very good prices and communication.
Great service as usual.

The website on paying for my tyres would not accept my AA membership to get the 2.5% discount that I should have got for being an AA member as it was the AA that recommended you.

Guy at the Kirkintilloch branch was extremely helpful and gave us good advice. Nothing was too much trouble for him despite being nearly closing time

We were fitted in at short notice, guys very helpful & pleasant great service

Simple instructions and easy to choose the right tyre certainly use you in the future
