Was dissapointed with this Garage. I would not recommened them and would not use them again.
I booked my EV in for a service and when I picked it up the staff didn't seem to have any record of the booking. It was a bit amateur. I was given no service paperwork.
I emailed in asking to be sent the service paperwork but all I received was a incorrectly filled in 'health report'. And I had to chase them - they are not good at responding to emails.

I went to halfords because it was a bit cheaper than the main dealer but in hindsight I wouldn't have.

Overall a poor experience amd I gave them every opportunity to put things right

Really Friendly and quick service. They were lovely. 2 tyres fitted in less than 45 minutes. Would definitely be back.

I was in the Paisley branch today and helped by stevie and Tasha they are both so helpful in advising me as I’m pretty much clueless! They also made me very welcome I’m very grateful to them both can’t recommend or thank them both enough 😊

Booked car in for 2 tyres for a time that suited me when I was out for my lunch so did it online for 1:30 got there and they say sorry can’t look at it for at least 1 hour so they weren’t even going to start until after 2:30 not a good company try local instead next time paisley branch

Turned up to get a new tyre fitted this morning in the Paisley branch, only to find the store was closed.

Even more disappointing, I paid for this service in advance - very poor!

The worst service bought and payed for tyres booked a fitting arrived on time only to find tyres not in told they would arrive in the afternoon , no tyres till 5 pm so without my vehicle for most of the day only to have to return the next day to have them fitted ask for a manager to contact me still waiting the worst costumer service out there when you pay for a service you expect that service .

Pair of crooks trying to sell tyre insurance and getting rid of my wheel locking nut because I never took them up. Offered to remove wheel nuts at a cost of £100.00. Deliberate scam run by them...beware.
Company is very good but reputation slurried by these employees

Booked my old Merc CLK in for its MOT, got same day appointment, and 3 staff members that I dealt with were friendly, courteous and professional.
All recommendations were explained clearly along with sound advice.

Simple and straightforward to order and a competitive price.

After leaving my car for a few hours i was told that the supplier had dropped off the wrong parts and that I would have to come back the next morning to get my car. Upon getting there the next day I was shocked to find out that the finance payment options in store were no longer available, to the surprise of the mechanics. The guys who served me, George and Mark I believe were really good and did all they could to help with, excellent customer service despite the issues I had. They were let down by their higher ups!

Would highly recommend this place. I phoned round some local tyre places and they couldn’t fit me in. I was driving over 3 hours the next day so had to get my tyre sorted. Called national tyres on Paisley and told to come through. Very friendly professional and helpful staff. I will definitely be using them in future. My car was in arnold Clark for a service and mot a few weeks prior and my engine light came on shortly after - they saw this and provided advice on what was wrong, provided some engine fluid which actually helped. 10/10 for everything. Tony is very knowledgeable would highly recommend.
