This company is a middle man and will not take responsibility if something goes wrong with the allocated instructor.
You will be financially liable. They also offer fast pass courses but it is likely your test will be cancelled and you will have to pay more because most instructors are not willing to take you to test that quickly.
Can be good to obtain an instructor but they will just allocate you someone you could find yourself for double the money you would have paid and less protection.

Rachel was very helpful and will hopefully help me book a different driving instructor asap.

Yad was very helpful, not only in helping me work through the different options for lesson hours and dates but was also very positive regarding the driving test its self. I left the call feeing very reassured

This company is a complete scam. Ignore all positive reviews they’re fake and bot written. They have no organisational skills whatsoever, I got allocated THREE drivers all have which pulled out before my test because national intensive didn’t tell them I was yet to 1. Do my theory test (so obviously can’t start a crash course) 2. Tell them my location was in Doncaster (I’m from Hertfordshire) and 3. When it’s too late they give an instructor the wrong address AGAIN. They’ve also refused to give me any refund because I ignored my instructors? I have evidence of myself being happy to do lessons with them and they chose to pull out because they were not informed by NI about location and theory test. Useless company, the amount of times I called up explaining my test is soon and they haven’t got me a teacher that is actually in my location and they just tell me they’ll give me an update later - update they don’t. No one cares they just money grab and scam you. Please do not book with these guys.

I recently had an issue with a pupil Laurie handled it fairly ending in a solution that suited both parties
This is my experience only and may not be the majority view.
I found it diffcult to obtain an instructor for training and eventually National Intensive have agreed to refund me my deposit minus admin fee of £100.
This is some progress on my matter.

Upon initial communication with this company it was fantastic..until it wasn't.
This company charged us £379.99 to book tests on my husbands behalf, however the law changed, so apart from booking one test for £62, what else did they provide for that money?
We then paid the instructor for 10 hours worth of lessons (as my husband has a license in another country and has driven here but after 12 months this isn't allowed) we paid £340 which is apparently the norm now. The driving instructor has now told my husband he needs 4 more hours worth of lessons (now charged at £40 a lesson???) and £195 for the day of his test.
We are really not happy with the service we've paid for and think, to be honest, this is one big scam!! We could of done it for a fraction of the cost had we of done it ourselves (which we have done as we've booked another test as my husband couldn't make the one they'd booked for him and they will get the refund!!)
AVOID!

Where do i start with this company. I paid over a thousand pound to get messed about left right and centre. My first instructor they gave me never turned up and never messaged me to let me know, my second one was someone who wasnt even in the area i was so he couldn't do it, my third one well well well this one was falling asleep while i was driving also had someone in the back of the car and asked me to drop them off at a bus stop which i did and the guy in the back got out handing the instructor cash which is dodgy if you tell me, the forth one he was ok but brought my confidence down so much by telling me im going to fail, and he was always late would drop me off 20 minutes early too making it that he owes me more time which i never got back, he shouted at me for not overtaking a cyclist but i couldn't because there was a bus on my right. Stopped 20 minutes to go toilet, stopped again for petrol which im pretty sure your meant to fill up before a lesson, would always drive me in areas my test wasn't in. Wouldnt do lessons in my car even though i was insured for him to do the lessons in my car, made me feel really uncomfortable. Also paid an extra £60 to get a earlier test which never got but i did get a refund on that. All I'm saying is avoid national intensive at all costs. Do not waste your money and time. Im lucky i passed after taking lessons with someone else who was amazing.

Yad was incredibly helpful gave me all of the information i was asking for in a clear and concise manner and when he wasnt certain he was able to promise something he ssaid as much and asked me to send in an email with my request so he was able to double check without giving any false promises that were unfulfillable. Wonderful telephoe call after a very angry one with another company.

Had some difficulties with where I was originally trying to get a test (Cornwall), they need to be more up front with what they can actually offer as some regions have limited instructor availability and national intensive don’t seem to have their own. However, they were understanding with compensation and Emma was very helpful.

Emma was really helpful and very quick at correcting information she had given which was incorrect, double checking with her managers to make sure! Couldn't have done any more.

Had a call semi out the blue from this company after googling intensive tests. Received a call from YAD who was very informative, he took time to explain why he was calling that it wasn't to push me into booking a course it was simply to give me additional information so I had more knowledge to hand.
YAD was patient and very helpful and willing to explain everything in detail.
I was very impressed indeed
