Corporate Constipation.
My Company has a Corporate Account with these guys and they are awful. I booked a Cab into the Four Courts last week and ordered one to collect me for a return journey back for 4 o'clock.. Cab arrived and into town ok, so far so good. However, came out of Courts at 4 pm and rang their number, it recognized my phone number and told me a Cab would be with me shortly. Fifteen minutes later, no Cab and three of us standing in the pouring rain. Then I got a call from a Cab Driver asking me which Company in Santry I was in, neither i said we are outside the Four Courts as arranged. Ahh ***K, driver replied, another balls up by the Office and promptly hung up! I called the Office again and pressed option 3 to speak to an Operator who told me he had no Taxi available, perhaps an hour or two. Nation Cab Service my H.O.L.E. Flagged a Cab down and got back to Santry that way. Wont be using these again.
