Shortly after your order was dispatched, an unexpected issue arose affecting a number of shipments being processed through UK customs. As a result, several parcels, including yours, experienced delays while awaiting clearance.

During this time, we unfortunately did not receive a confirmed timeframe for when the parcels would be released. We tried our best to keep you updated as new information became available.

When you let us know that you were considering initiating a chargeback due to the delay, we wanted to resolve the situation as quickly and smoothly as possible and therefore offered and processed a full refund for you instead.

We completely understand how frustrating a delay like this can be, and apologise for the inconvenience it caused. Please know that experiences like this are very uncommon and not representative of the level of service we strive to provide.

Bought a massage table

Bought a massage table, within the first year the frame started to snap and the covering started to pucker.
The team replaced covering which again lasted 9 months and has now split.
I requested a replacement covering which was refused stating it was wear and tear, really 9 months.
There is definitely a fault in the manufacturing process.

Beautiful Quality with First Class Customer Service

I can honestly say dealing with the team at Natural Living has been an absolute dream. I had very specific table requirements which I know made dealing with me tricky. The quality when the table arrived was first class and so beautifully made and finished. My order NEVER TURNED UP?!?!?!

I bought a massage bed from them and it never turned up its been close to 2 months with no contact what so ever. I have tried phoning, emailing and their online chat on the website. I am utterly appalled and would recommend to never buy anything from this company at all.

Beware stains on bamboo rugs

Initially I was delighted with the two bamboo rugs I received. However I soon realised they were inappropriate for the kitchen and utility room. Even spilling water resulted in an unsightly bleached stain which was very visible.Pet stains were impossible to remove without taking the colour our of the rug..
It would have been helpful if this had been made clear before purchase.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service! I purchased a massage bed from them and the heated function has gone faulty, I first reached out to them in July and never received a response, I also sent them another email two days ago and still no response! There is no phone number to call them on either, this is the last thing I expected when purchasing an expensive massage bed!
