Terrible after sales care (no-one cares!)
Recently bought a desk. Initially purchase went smoothly and desk arrived swiftly (though a couple days after promised and in two separately deliveries, which was inconvenient)
I’ve had a problem trying to put the desk together - it looks like a manufacturing fault where two part don’t align as they should. After sales care has been TERRIBLE. No one answers the phone or calls back. No apology. Referred to manufacturer who essentially said I should try and “bodge” it to get it working. This has all dragged on a few weeks now and I’m down several hundred quid.
STAY AWAY!!

We ordered some items including a beauty trolley and stool. We have received nothing since cleared payment. Furthermore, they now have no active phone lines so everything is now being run via email.
The company is a SCAM.

NOTHING came through , no ORDER CONFIRMATION , no dispatch note , so now I do not even have an ORDER number but I will have to do a Paypal dispute
I have Autistic children WAITING TO BE TESTED FOR COVID as we have run out of tests so this is absolutely APPALLING 'service' as how can there be NO ORDER CONFIRMATION NOR dispatch notice as it is MEANT to be sent the next day but was NOT so NOTHING has been sent and yet they have my £100 and children in urgent NEED of a Covid lft who CANNOT be tested now!! :-(
