I'm loving buying products for personal and business use and cannot fault them at all. Reasonably priced and smell lovely.

My only down side is I've had to chase delivery of orders twice now, with latest taking 4 weeks. Understandably delays happen, but an email to advise would be helpful. Also both times ive been told the order would be dispatched following day and they haven't been, so ive had to chase it again. Realistic timescales are required.

I've been buying different products from Naturally Thinking for years and have never been disappointed with them or their service. I like their ethos; eco friendly and sustainable. Delivery is super fast, sometimes the day after order (there are plenty of places that will charge you premium for that). It's great to have a company I can trust and return to time and again.

Absolutely appalling company. We placed a big order for packaging. They sent us a totally different product, spent ages arguing about it in customer service and then offered to collect and refund... but have since refused contact. Stay away! Better companies out there. Naturally thinking customer service is non existent!
