I have used natural seawater for a few years now. I have to say you won't find another company like them, they have been absolutely brilliant over the years and the water quality is amazing. The service can't be faulted in any way, they go above and beyond for their customers. Amazing delivery service and amazing customer service. For a example I recently cracked two 25lt barrels down to uv damage which was fault of my own. In response natural seawater are replacing both barrels free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. I would recommend this company to anyone, they genuinely have been a godsend.

The water it self has made this hobby effortless, corals always look happy and healthy and grow well. There is no lugging round water canisters as it’s straight to your door.

Terrible company they ask you all these questions they ask how much water u change i said i change 1% daily then they go sorry can't deliver 1% daily i tell them i would buy bulk 100 liters a month no reply probs cause of how stupid they looked assuming things

Had a few problems with initial date but was sorted very quickly and they went above and beyond to sort it around my work... had an initial 650litre fill and the driver was very helpful and knowledgeable... excellent

​I can't recommend Natural Sea Water Supplier enough. They've made my water change routine so much easier. Instead of having to mix my own saltwater or lug it back from a local fish shop, they deliver natural sea water straight to my door.
​The service has been consistently reliable. They let me know the delivery time the night before, and all I have to do is leave my empty canisters out. By the next morning, they're filled with fresh natural sea water.
​Since I started using their service, I've noticed a significant improvement in my tank. The water is much clearer than with the synthetic mixes I used to use, and all of my tank's inhabitants, including my corals in a mixed reef, are absolutely thriving. Fantastic communication from this company. Have now been using them for about 2yrs or so. Got a new tank and they pumped the water from the roadside up to my 2nd floor flat. Filled 400 ltrs in about 6mins!! Really pleased with the service received from day one. Highly recommended. Fish love the Natural Seawater….

I can’t honestly praise these guys and girls enough. Not only have they been great answering my questions but also managed to get my water to me sooner than they could but arranging near another persons address. The change in my tank has been the best improvement to me. My fish and my corals have flourished in the small time I have been using their water. I highly recommend these to anyone. I have seen some people say the customer service is poor but I have nothing but a great service especially by Christine who emails me back as soon as she can. If you don’t hear back from the quote sheet give them a call as mine went into the spam folder by mistake so don’t think they are ignoring you. Also as someone that worries about making bad choices for my tanks this has been the best thing I have done for them so please don’t hesitate to use them.

I usually do very good or very bad reviews but I though a review of NaturalSeawater (Supplier) would be useful for any Reefers (like me) and salt water fish keepers who are considering using their water – it’s a very mixed bag! First the good – the water is very good and likely to be of a much higher quality than you would collect off the beach or estuary anywhere around the UK coast. I check my nitrates and phosphates twice a week and test all batches of water being added to my tank – in the case of this water nitrates and phosphates have always been well below what is recommended for a reef tank (I have never measured their water being above 0.05ppm phosphate and 1 ppm nitrate). These measurements may be unfairly high as contamination in my water containers may be to blame in part! The water is crystal clear but with some particulates. I’m guessing this may be ‘wildlife’ in the water as my Anthia’s swim around consuming it for the first 24 hours after my water changes which is great to see.
On first enquiring about NSW, it wasn’t clear how or when the water is delivered. A price for the water including delivery was quoted and it is/was very reasonable. However, the water is delivered when they are in your area at a time of day to match their schedule – there is no ‘picking a convenient time’. I work full time and live in an apartment and I was unlucky enough to have my water delivered once a month at around 7am on Sunday – as you can imagine this didn’t go down well here and with the neighbours. They will deliver without you being present (left in a safe place) but there is the noise…. NSW almost certainly do it this way to keep costs reasonable and is understandable.
I always experienced quite a bit of anxiety close to my water delivery time as I was never sure if it was being delivered ‘this weekend or the next’ but this would be confirmed the day before (most of the time). If NSW messed-up on the delivery (as they did on more than one occasion) the really went out of their way to put things right which was real credit to them. The attitude of their drivers and most of their administration staff was also very good.
If you have a FOWLR or fish-only saltwater tank this source of seawater is a no-brainer if you don’t want to mix up your own water – its clean, delivered to your door and allows for a painless water changes. However for reefers, I think you need to give the subject a little more consideration and a conversation with your local fish store (this water isn’t reef water!).
After approaching a year of my tank being setup, I’m now experiencing considerable growth of my coral (mixed reef) which is undoubtedly down to, in part, NSW’s water. However, I have found that in comparison to water mixed from salt in a bucket, the levels of trace elements/alkalinity/calcium/ are much lower (as they should be for natural seawater) which has led to me having to dose quite heavily. After some thought I have now stopped my deliveries of natural seawater and reverted to RODI water mixed with a pro-salt with elevated levels of the above. I expect that this will reduce the level of dosing need during the month and will reduce the ‘shock’ my corals experience at water changes (I run water parameters close to those of RedSea Pro salt).
On cancelling my service, this is where NSW really fell down. They really didn’t like it (despite knowing my good reasons for doing so and being paid up to date). A level of arrogance and ‘know-it-all’ crept in (everybody else is wrong). This attitude is now prevalent in the reefing community which is sad as this is a hobby after all. My last weekend of dealing with them left me with a messed-up Sunday and out-of-pocket which is sad and certainly worth knowing before engaging with them.

As a first-time marine tank owner, I was overwhelmed when I realised my only options were to make my own seawater or find a reliable supplier. Then I found this seller, and everything changed for the better.

I’ve been getting water for around 6 months now and have never had any issues with deliveries. The service has been consistently top notch—reliable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I was met with genuine understanding and even received advice about my tank when I casually mentioned some issues I was having. That level of care is rare.

I currently have two blue leg hermit crabs—one started off tiny and has grown significantly, which really says a lot about the quality of the water and support I’ve received.

To anyone considering ordering—do it. You won’t regret it.

Terrible company havnt once delivered the water to my address. First time delivered about 500yards from my house. Second and third time about 250yards from my house. I could go in my car to pick water up and park closer and it would be half the price. Havnt replyed to my emails. I now have 6 containers at my house. 2 are full as I want my money back

Seawater excellent condition and service goes well beyond! Cannot recommend higher. The seawater really does make an immense difference to the livestock health and wellbeing - if you have used other salt waters prior to using this you will see the difference in your livestock. Like anyone with a marine tank I own endless water quality testing kits, and have never found any issues, using that water actually removed the need for me to add chemical treatments or additives.
I have had a couple of issues over my time using this service, (not with water quality or delivery) and each time it was resolved immediately and even going far beyond anything I could have imagined. I'm very grateful for Tony and Cristina's commitment to my individual tank I'm only a personal hobbyist with a single tank yet they have show so much care for me as a small customer of theirs it is really is priceless.

Having always wanted to use NSW, after my first year of reefing, I was ready but unsure how to switch. Christina took the time to find out what I had in my tank, what my goals were and explained the best way to go about making the change. This was really reassuring.

I receive a monthly delivery of 100litres. The delivery is smooth - I receive a reminder and put my barrels outside my front door; the driver fills them and puts them back by my front door. I do not need to be present and payment is taken by direct debit. If I need extra barrels filled, I leave them out and send a quick email to Christina to let her know; this is never a problem and she adjusts the direct debit without me needing to arrange for an additional payment.

I am incredibly pleased with the results from using NSW - fish are happy, active and their colours are bright, my corals are growing well and more vibrant in behaviour and colour.

I will be continuing to use NSW and the company, Natural Seawater Supplier. If I were to set up another tank, I would use NSW from the off.
