I had to take a star away because of…
I had to take a star away because of the state my order arrived in & when I contacted them with the photo I got no response.
Box was literally ripped open, apparently the rain did it! But each item was there.
I'm loving my new skin routine and it's already noticeably working.

We are trying to use less plastic but as couriers are permitted under Covid crisis to leave packages in gardens etc boxes can be subjected to the elements. Thank you for your understanding.

In general, I really enjoy the products you send. However, I always get asked to review prior to receiving the order! I think you just need to adjust the timing, so these are sent after the order ships? As above though, in general the products are good quality and well worth the price. I would definitely recommend as a way to try new organic brands and to sample new products

Great for ordering natural skincare products, very fast delivery (usually 2 days) and always free samples included which is nice! They also regularly have great offers and discount codes. I only order from Natural Skincare Emporium these days!
