Excellent puppy food
Raw food ordered and it arrived on time as per schedule. My puppy is really enjoying his food and particularly likes the beef. He looks in great condition and is steadily gaining weight. Glossy coat and full of life. If my pup is happy so am I.

Superb company to deal with as they…
Superb company to deal with as they always answer the phone (Mark) and reply on live chat (Tayla), when we had an issue with a late delivery and then a missing delivery they dealt with it promptly and with no fuss, its a shame they are being let down by DHL which is out of there control.

My fussy German Shepherd loves the food and we always have an empty bowl. I also think it is reasonably priced. Customer service is brilliant. Only downside is the courier who never delivers on time so I look forward to a new contract with a different courier service.

Plastic found inside dog treats
I found several pieces of purple plastic/rubber-like material mixed with Natures Menu freeze-dried beef treats. I noticed them only after my dog had already eaten some treats, so I cannot rule out the possibility that she swallowed plastic hidden inside one of them.
She is a very small dog, so this is extremely worrying. I have also seen other customers reporting similar foreign objects in Natures Menu products. This needs to be properly investigated as a serious product-safety issue.

My dog loves Nature's Menu raw food and their customer service is fantastic.
Annoyingly their courier can be unpredictable - delivering late and even failing to deliver our monthly subscription this month. However, Nature's Menu customer service staff leapt into action and arranged for a new delivery for the following day. Fab!

This use to be a great company to buy…
This use to be a great company to buy frozen food for my dogs, however i stopped using them due to the quality of the food getting worse, my dogs use to love the free flow beef which was a lovely fresh red colour then it started arriving discoloured and smelts wrong to the point where the dogs would not eat it.
The deliveries went from a company delivery to using a courier which meant it was hit and miss whether it even arrived at all, so i ordered through my local pet shop who also reported the same problem with their deliveries, they also sent in a couple of issues with the meat they were sending as some of it was brown not the red colour it use to be they said that, that was normal and sometimes it was brown with white in it and as i said the dogs just refused to eat it.
Its a shame as when i first found their web site, their deliveries were always on time you got to know the driver as it was the same one each time who use to ask if i had tried other things for my dogs that they may like, and the food for the dogs was good quality, but then they had cut backs and changed to a courier service then cut back again on their products making the food smell strange and a odd colour for just beef.
