Sick & tired of food being spoiled
Sick & tired of the food being delivered defrosted. It’s unusable & a complete was of money.
DHL had the produce at 7:11am & said they’d deliver by 12pm. In fact the delivery photo’s show delivery at 7:14pm.
How can frozen meat be left in an unrefridgerated van for 12 hours?
This is a waste of product & my money.
You should be ashamed!!

The food was not frozen had no ice packs in the box. Just dumped on doorstep box was all broken had to throw the food away have sent an email to get a refund back

I receive my order via DHL and arrives…
I receive my order via DHL and arrives around 10:00am On Monday I received my order which normally comes in 2 boxes with dry ice to keep the food frozen . The smaller box of the 2 did not have dry ice included thus the meat had defrosted. The larger box did have dry ice and was still frozen .

I absolutely cannot fault the customer services department for their help.
Sadly, I seem to be late in the round of a very rude DHL driver, and despite Nature's Menu informing them the goods are frozen and my delivery always being scheduled for a morning slot, my deliveries have turned up past 5pm and 4pm... defrosted 😫
Your customer service agents have done all they possibly can to help me get my dog's food to me in good time and still frozen, replacing both orders that I had to dispose of.
I will purchase again without hesitation once I have arranged an alternative address for the food to be sent.

My dog has been on Natures Menu raw food diet for years now. It is fantastic for his health - it is obvious in the poop. Good quality food . Great customer service. Whenever there has been any issues with delivery , all is quickly resolved. Definitely recommend Natures Menu.

Not the usual quality
My recent purchase of frozen wings was not as usual, several bags seemed to have been thawed out and refrozen so were in a solid block. I am disappointed as normally they are fine and I can take each one separately as needed
