I really would have liked to give this company five stars, as the whole premise offers so much: free delivery, free returns, great designers at fair prices: BUT! As so many customers have said before me, their refund policy is dire.
If you return items, check they have been received, and contact customer services, you will find very pleasant people confirming such.
Then, you'll still wait over a month for a refund!
Have ordered four times from them. First time had issues with sizing, and returned. Thought the refund issue was just a one off, poor experience. Next two times, orders fine, so no returns necessitated.
Recently returned two very expensive items at nearly £400 (turnaround the same day) and had to constantly chase for my refund, which again took a month.
I have now unsubscribed from their emails and there will not be a fifth time ordering from them.
Buyers beware!

Another delayed refund... No excuses just won't shop here again. Suggest you don't either Update: isn't it funny that even though they have "many delays in accounts department" the refund is processed the same day you complain!!

I ordered from this company 2 years ago and everything was fine. So I ordered clothes again and returned the items 3 weeks ago. I received an email saying that they had received the items but I am still waiting for the refund some 2 weeks later. Would not order again from them because of this

They dont refund your money! They have had my return for 3 weeks now and they are not returning my money! Terrible Service and lying to the customer. Never again.

I did like one item I received but one I returned in May I am still waiting for refund and it is August. They tell me they are waiting for any item from US (outside the EU) to go through customs. I think I have been had.

Bought a blouse from this company - firstly they took the money out twice - they REFUSED to give it back and thankfully PAYPAL stepped in and forced them to.
The item came it was cheap and nasty and the wrong size, really bad fitting, so sent it back with Royal Mail. They have it back and are refusing to give a refund by saying - they have not had it yet - this is not true as they sent the royal mail slip for me to take to the post office and post back to them?!!! Shockingly bad behaviour! JUST STEER CLEAR AND DO NOT USE AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU SEND BACK THIER BADLY FITTING CHEAP CLOTHES!!!!

I was very disappointed with my first and only experience of using this company. My delivery did not arrive. The tracking showed that it had been taken to my local post office. On checking, they did not have my parcel. Navabi customer service simply sent me a copy of the tracking slip. No apology and more important, no refund. I wont be using them again.

Helaas een onbetrouwbare firma. Meerdere bestellingen geplaatst, geleverd en geretourneerd. Na 3 weken, ondanks veelvuldig contact met klantenservice en toezegging dat terugbetaling zou volgen, nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Ze innen dus snel je geld maar terugbetalen zit er kennelijk niet in. Ruim € 600,- tegoed. Nooit meer!

Unfortunately an unreliable company. Multiple orders placed, delivered and returned. After 3 weeks, despite frequent contact with customer service and commitment that repayment would follow, still received no refund. So they quickly collect your money and refund is apparently not easy to accomplish. Over € 600, - credit. Never again!

If I could give minus a 100% I would! Tried to cancel my order after one hour after seeing same item but for half the price on Junarose website. Same dress same season. I finally got through to them after 6 hours and asked to cancel order. Response was its too late. Why? Website LIES about being able to cancel. You can't . Then was told we can stop shipment. Lie. Item arrived and I rejected it . Still no refund and no help. I don't know where the item is and I have had to escalate this via pay pal.

NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE IS MY ADVICE. OVERPRICED AND UNETHICAL IN THEIR PRACTICES. WEBSITE IS SWANKY BUT IT ENDS THERE. ASOS CURVE SO MUCH BETTER.

I have purchased from this company online a few times and have some great pieces.

However i think some of the clothes are quite pricey. But they are different
