From the beginning of the auto refinance application to the time we picked the check at NFCU was a flawless process. I want to thank all the staff at the Pembroke Pines branch. I want to give a special thanks to Tania, the branch manager to taking care of my loan process. Tania, even followed up with me the following day to make sure we were satisfied. Tania, also provided valuable information for how to get the title of the car. We're very grateful NFCU has such a great person on their team.

Navy Federal does NOT support veterans!!! I am astonished that my son who had to get out of the military and is now 100% disabled, only has an apartment with no debt and a substantial savings account, and a credit score in the high 600s, was turned down for a car loan with Navy, whom he has banked with for over 5 years, because he has never had a loan before. Not only that, they stipulated they wanted a cosigner who has a savings account with them. If they think this is what supporting our veterans looks like, then they are the problem!!! This is disgraceful. I will be making sure he transfers his disability check to be deposited into USAA. I have seen Navy give the worst credit, a car loan, but not today!!! I'm beyond disappointed and ticked off

I recently went through the process of obtaining a HELOC. My loan officer, Ashley, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and overall just made the process very seamless. 10/10!

It was miserable almost the entire time! I regret using NFCU.

If you plan to help your elderly parents one with dementia and the other not technically inclined with a home loan be very careful Navy Federal will think you are scamming your parents while helping them with the technology side of Navy Federal while you stand there with your parents at the branch and adult protective custody will be called on you by Navy Federal for an investigation and accounts locked causing a delay with the new home closure. Now because of the Harker Heights location the family is having to come together and get some money together so they dont loose there new home to be close to family so we can help take care of our elderly parents. You see the heartfelt generic response from Navy Federal on each review. Way to take care of Veterans and service members.
