The knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism of the employee whom I spoke with at length on the phone was first class. Despite asking the same question several times and checking up on my understanding of how things worked, they did not end our call until both they and I were satisfied I understood the auction process.

Be careful. They put pictures in, but the product is sent completely different. Damaged box and missing parts. I bid ps5. They sent me a completely different item from the picture, they send me with lost parts and damage box.

Purchased a EGL 55” tv from the pre-Christmas sale took a bit of time to set it up to our liking works perfectly, connected to our Samsung sound bar via blue tooth first time of trying
I would recommend them will be back for their next auction

They fiddle with bids & results.

The site advertises there is a 30% surcharge but then add on other charges so the item I bought for £30 actually cost me £45 collection only. The same item was available from the same seller for £49 including postage so I wasted time firstly keeping an eye on the auction and secondly having to go and pick it up, not to mention the fuel I used. No I did not read the small print but who does? Be very careful what you buy from this site.

Consider yourself unfortunate to have dealings with this company. Stay away like Covid.

Do not use this company, they mislead you, they don’t even write a clear description on the website. I bought a safe which was not accessible and this was not mentioned in the description. They also declined a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AUCTIONEERS.

I definitely do not recommend NCM Auctions!!!
First, they sold goods that had been sold 4 months earlier. Then I waited a long time for the refund payments, which, was not fully refunded.
THE COMPANY IS SIMPLY A SCAMMERS !!!!!
