First rate equipment and excellent mail order service

They got my order a little bit wrong, but were super quick and helpful to put it right. Great quality wetsuit, and I would definitely use Northern Diver again.

A great helpful person called Cara in the sales team helped me out more than once , im getting old and the website narked up a couple times , but helpful Cara sorted it all out the next day .

I am thrilled. The speed at which the new equipment bags arrived was surprising. The bags have robust zips and little extra like smaller bags inside. I ordered them along with flexi lights which are fantastic for attaching to my BCD night dives. I have always had a red and green one (port and starboard).

Excellent quick delivery, reasonable price and good communication of the order progress throughout.

I recently bought a couple if the flexi light sticks and the plastic clips. As neither were very expensive I thought I'd give them a go, the clips aren't very useful as they don't fit securely to anything, they would easily slide off with just a gentle knock. We threaded bungee cord through the the flexi light and hooked it over the tank. They're not very bright but would still help in moderate visibility.

I have bought the new bio neck seal.
I have a crushed neo drysuit with neo neck (just changed). I have the smallest neo neck possible with some minor leakage.
This was recommended to me. I rented one, I liked it, I bought it for a reasonable price.

Recently ordered the 5mm Superstretch gloves after borrowing a pair from a fellow diver.
Very easy to put on and kept my hands nice and warm on a recent UK dive.
Price was reasonable and they were delivered extremely quickly.
I’m delighted to have my own pair ready for my next dive.

Recently purchased ND Technical Base Layer, first chance today, to use in anger, under my trilaminate drysuit. Water temperature between 17 & 21C, air temperature at end of second dive 28C. Used this base layer with my Lavacore top, using this combination allowed me to drop 2kG in weight carried, compared to my normal under-suit. Felt far more comfortable kiting up and between dives. It certainly did wick perspiration away from my body, which kept me warmer. Very pleased and consider, good value for money, will try under my normal under-suit in colder conditions.

Recently I ordered a Dive suit but had ordered the wrong one. I contacted ND about the situation and was able to return it and get the proper one.

Fast service, Boots arrived the next day. Unfortunately they didn't fit. Phoned ND, and no issue, sent them back and they were exchanged. Great service.

ND went out of their way to ensure that my new dive bag arrived in time at short notice for an upcoming holiday, even chasing the delivery company when their tracking system implied it wouldn’t be delivered when scheduled.
