I have been using Nebeus for over a…

I have been using Nebeus for over a year and found their platform easy to use. Had a very small blip with a transfer allocation but their support team resolved the issue swiftly and professionaly - great to see a company in the DEFI space that has a real team on hand.

Funds never arrived, contract contradicted the offer, withdrawal ignored, collateral locked.

I signed an interest-only BTC-backed loan on 3 Oct 2025. The PDF they made me sign hard-codes a 2.5% early-repayment fee, even though the on-screen offer showed 0%—support later insisted 2.5% was “correct”, even though a fresh offer on the webpage still shows 0%.
The contract also contained multiple contradictions (promo window dated Oct 2024 although my loan was Oct 2025; 90% LTV vs. the 65% LTV actually applied; USDT listed as collateral while my account showed BTC; a 48-month term that didn’t match the 2029-09-12 maturity).

Worst of all, no payout ever arrived. My EUR IBAN withdrawal sat “processing” for days, with support saying they’d “check with their banking partner.”
On 8 Oct I exercised my 14-day statutory withdrawal right and asked for my BTC collateral to be released and the 2% origination fee refunded.

Five days later, they still haven’t replied to my withdrawal, missed my access-to-funds deadline I stated, and my collateral remains locked—the account still shows the loan active with BTC pledged.

Based on contradictory paperwork, a broken payout process, refusal to align terms with the offer, and radio silence on a lawful withdrawal request, I can’t recommend Nebeus.

Souspicious

They didn't validate my account until I send an email (was pending for more than a week). They deny the cards with no reason and without asking for information. They doesn't answer the mails anymore

Nebeus support team is best.

I was unable to order a card. But I got help from Nebeus Support team. They tried hard to resolve the issue and get me a card.
I got my first card and now I am very happy with it.

Very worst experience ever

Very worst experience ever. After submitted KYC it took me 3-4 days to be completed. When KYC is done and successfully applied for virtual card and physical card, Without any reason they just rejected it. The app is also not up to the mark(Ratings- 2/5). There is almost no proper customer service. Very bad experience ever

I topped up my account with 17 USDC, and a minute later they were gone under the "monthly IBAN maintenance fee." On top of that, there are maintenance fees for every type of cryptocurrency you hold. Forget about this service.
