Don't Order!

Don't Order!

I purchased a Christmas jumper 18th November, Tracked the Item the statue says delivered a week ago.... no sign of it, they don't even state the delivery courier, I don't think the item even left China, the tracking info was just repeated several times....

Getting absolutely no where with the…

Getting absolutely no where with the company. I ordered a Christmas item Nov.22, received confirmation email, and they took the funds out of my account the same day.

1 week later I emailed asking about the shipment date. They responded it is processing, please be patient. I sent a second email and received another email, processing, it is waiting in line to ship. They just keep saying I will receive an email once the item gets scanned and it will take anywhere from 6-20 days after that for delivery.

Well this is week 3 and still no email about anything being scanned or shipped. I just sent my third email.

My next step is contacting the Attorney General to investigate this company along with a full refund from my bank.

Absolutely review all websites to confirm they are legit. Lesson learned. Do not fall for advertising on Facebook!

Update. 12/22..another email sent still no package.

After a few more emails and receiving 3 separate emails back from 3 separate "people or computer generated responses" I was given a tracking number for my 1 item. Remind you, this item says Merry Christmas printed on the shirt. Well that same tracking number in all 3 emails DID NOT EXIST! They also included 3 separate tracking services, the number didn't work on any of them.

I sent screen shots of their email showing them the tracking number I was sent 3x and showed them that number was invalid for all sites.

They sent me a return email with a completely different tracking number and a list of places where it was scanned. It said item was put into my mailbox Dec 21.

Well if that was true why would I write to you on Dec 22 checking on my shipment? My mailbox is in locked neighborhood box its not a mailbox at the end of my driveway where someone can simply steal it.

Their email said for me to contact my local post office to make sure the item was not sent back. Well it was never delivered so how could it be sent back when it hasn't even arrived?

12/25...Christmas has come and gone. Glad this shirt was for myself and not someone else!

12/30......Well guess what? I guess they got tired of my emails. Guess what arrived today! The shirt, 5 days after Christmas and 9 days after they said it was in my mailbox. Return label says Chino, California....(some of the emails came from China and so were 2 of the tracking sites.)

The shirt does not have a any form of label on it, no tags, no marking of who made it ect or even a size on it. It was sealed in a clear bag, with a scan tag with numbers, and a size circular sticker in bottom corner of the bag. States the size I requested 2xl. The shirt is the shirt I ordered however that 2xl is more like a MEDIUM! So I guess it will be put away for Christmas 2020 and gifted to someone else that can actually wear it.

Never again....

Same as everybody listed below me - wish I'd read these first. Ordered 10 days ago. Received a confirmation email for the order but still nothing on the actual merchandise being shipped. Will be finally a dispute with PayPal today.

I have never received an email…

I have never received an email confirmation or an update on my purchase. I have opened a dispute via paypal. DO NOT order from these people, it is a SCAM. They have multiple websites that look the same.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! Total scam. Requested a refund after I never got a shipping update after 10 days. They confirmed it hadn’t been shipped but refused to issue a refund though it states on their website that they can if items haven’t been shipped. Every response was then asking me to please reconsider. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I opened up a dispute through them.

horrible company

horrible company, in fact it is a total scam. They say on the website free returns, but when you try and return they basically don't allow it. The clothes are cheaply made and look nothing like on the webiste. And the reviews on the website are definitely not for real. so disappointing!

Worst company ever!!

Worst company ever!!! Ordered clothes since May, I've been asking what happened and they tell me I have to contact my local postal office and they're not responsible. I lost time, money and patience waiting for them to be accountable.

Disgusting company and liars!!

I have also ordered from this company. A jumpsuit that at the smallest size was too big. When I asked for a refund they kept offering me gift cards instead. After 30 emails I am still not getting anywhere and they are still palming me off with 5 dollar gift vouchers. When you ask for complaints department they just ignore you.

If I could give negative stars I would

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a warning! Don’t buy a thing from them. They aren’t a legit company and don’t stand by their words.
They charged me for more merchandise. ($55) over and I wanted to return and they wouldn’t let me. I’ve been going back and forth with them or 5 months now. Don’t do it!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a jumpsuit from this company and found it cheaper somewhere else online shortly after. I emailed them saying to please cancel. They acknowledged that I wanted to cancel and asked why. I told them I found it cheaper elsewhere and told them to please cancel again. They then asked if I wanted a $5 gift card to buy an item at a cheaper price. I again said no thank you, please cancel. Well about a month later, I received the jumpsuit in the mail! When I contacted customer service and told them that I had canceled this a month ago and I wanted a prepaid return label and refunded my money, they said sorry we cant cancel this order, its already been shipped! They are refusing to send me a label to send it back or a refund! I was told shipping is too expensive and maybe I should just give it to someone as a gift!! Unbelievable!! They took it upon themselves to charge me and ship it to me after they knew I wanted it canceled! They are a bunch of crooks and should be shut down! And the jumpsuit isn't even as pictured on the site. They honestly don't even deserve 1 star

Looks nothing like picture online

I did not even attempt a return or exchange after reading all the other reviews. The item I purchased looked nothing like what it did online. I ordered a small in the Solid Color Jumpsuit. It was HUGE. Not to mention the bottoms looked like they went back to the 90's and tried recreating the Hammer pants. The butt area was super saggy and the legs were tight. It looks adorable on the girl online. On me I looked like I was going to work in a factory. I went ahead and ate the $35 and donated the outfit to the Veterans. I really wish I would have read the reviews first.

DO NOT ORDER from this company

DO NOT ORDER from this company! They don’t offer returns or exchanges, just excuses. I simply wanted an even exchange on an item that was a size too big. Since no return/exchange label was included in the packaging, I had to email customer service. A representative said I had to send a photo of the item and the original packaging in order to have a return label sent to me and pay for the shipping. Then I received another email in which they told me it was more cost effective to keep the item or give it to a family member i.e. they lied about sending a return/exchange label. The kicker? They offered a $5.00 credit on another purchase. Absolutely ridiculous!

DO NOT ORDER!!! This company doesn’t even deserve even 1 STAR but I had to select 1 in order to leave a review. To better show why you should not shop I will copy and paste my email conversation with customer service:

Me:
Hello - I received my order and am very disappointed in the quality.
The white dress is so see through....how can this be worn in public?

When a customer is not satisfied with a product they have the right to a FULL refund from the merchant not a giftcard valued at 15% of what they paid.

Do not shop here!!

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever experienced. Received 1 of 6 items and the one I received didnt even slightly resemble what I ordered. I was charged for the full amount. Been emailing lots, but 3 months later I still havent received what I ordered and paid for.

Stay away from this company!

If I could give this company, I would! They have a satisfaction guarantee on their website that is a blatant lie! The dress I ordered was of such poor quality that it wasn’t even good enough to wear as a nightgown! I exchanged multiple emails with them about my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund. They suggested I give the dress to someone as a gift and offered me a $5 gift card! Ridiculous! Why would I give the dress as a gift when my complaint is that the dress is of extreme poor quality. And why would I want a $5 gift card! Their approach is to wear the customer down to the point where you are tired of dealing with them and you give up and throw the item away. Don’t do business with them!
