I’ve been renting through Nelson Alexander for a while now, and I've had an excellent experience working with Ebony Newbound as my current property manager and through a recent rental application. She was responsive, organised and clear throughout the entire process, and made what can normally be a stressful situation feel straightforward.

What stood out most was how she handled timing and logistics. She understood my situation, kept me updated without me having to chase, and made sure everything stayed smooth right through to securing the new lease. It took a lot of stress out of the process.

Everything moved efficiently from inspection through to approval, and I genuinely felt supported throughout the whole process.

Highly recommend Ebony for anyone looking for a property manager who is competent, approachable and reliable.

We had a great experience working with Jake Melchiorre as our rental agent. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, from the initial viewing to moving in and throughout our tenancy. Any issues or questions we had were handled promptly and with care. It's rare to find someone so reliable and easy to deal with in the rental market. Highly recommend Jake if you're looking for someone who truly looks after tenants!

Travis Dulic was a great agent to work with and I would recommend using him in the future. He was prompt and clear with communication, as well as trustworthy and true to his word. This went a long way when managing the stress that comes with such a big thing like purchasing a property.

I met Rob at one of his open homes, and although that property wasn’t the right fit, he took the time to understand what we were really looking for.
