Overall very happy with Nemlig.
Overall very happy with Nemlig.
The only real negative are the fruits & vegetables, which aren't always the freshest and can arrive a bit damaged.
However since the customer service is great and does refund when the products are bad, it's not a big issue.
But it does negate a bit the benefit of getting groceries delivered since I then have to go to the supermarket to buy them.

I find it easy to place an order. The drivers are normally very polite and punctual, even under difficult weather and traffic conditions. It is helpful being told what is not in stock according to my usual purchases. The veggies have normally been fresh as has the perishables.

Very difficult to explain to them that things are incorrect
Delivery service is fantastic with really polite drivers. Customer service leaves a BIT to be desired. A couple of times there has been missing ingredients which happens however the most recent email contact was rather unpleasant and the rep basically called me a liar because my maths were (correct) different than her calculations of ingredients for two DIFFERENT recipes with the same single ingredient in both. After 4 exchanges I called and spoke with a young man who could see that I was correct.
You shouldn't have to argue with them because they can't read the recipes and calculate the amounts
EDIT ONE STAR. THEY ARE STILL INSISTING THAT ONE PACK IS 6 TBS OR 50 GR. ONE PACK IS TWO TBS PLUS A TINY BIT. I AM THRU WITH THIS COMPANY.
Update Apr24- more vegetables were bad in a second delivery. Both orders were 50% refunded and I was gifted a bottle of wine WHICH I HAD TO PAY THE PACKING FEES FOR
I'm giving it one more chance. If anything is wrong with vegetables or missing ingredients then I'm definitely done. I can't be there only person who gets incorrect orders with bad vegetable.

Great service. Always on time, very friendly curriers and great customer service if you need to make a reclaim of a product. Rarely have to claim though, because the products are really good quality.

I use Nemlig on a roughly weekly basis.
Service has been great so far. Deliveries usually arrive within the scheduled time window. I’ve only experienced a delay a couple of times due to bad weather, which is completely understandable.
The drivers are generally polite. Most groceries, especially vegetables, are fresh, and on the few occasion something isn’t right, it’s easy to resolve online with customer service. That convenience definitely beats going to a physical store.
Assortment is solid, though I have noticed that the selection of very dark chocolate has become more limited lately.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with Nemlig.

We use Nemlig for our weekly shop and find it very convenient and time saving. There is a good selection of groceries, delivery is normally well organised and I think the pricing is competitive. When there have been small challenges Nemlig normally sorts quickly.
