i thought i was on a good thing wrong

i thought i was on a good thing wrong. I ordered an item and it had missing parts not worrying about that though. I contacted parts and asked to return it and no issue but. I was not told who to send it back to and not told where to send it and I was charged £16.00 carriage on a 48 Royal Mail once I put my post code in when you sent it to me but when I sent it back it was a 24 tracked for £8.57 what a rip-off i did not mind paying to send it back but you charged me double. Half the time and double the price neat

Great service, quality and price.

Ordered a gp2 rear diffuser on a Thursday and had it delivered to Ireland by the next Monday.
Demi was very helpful and super quick getting back to me sorting an issue on my end with wrong address autofill at checkout, cheers again for that.
The diffuser was excellent quality and came with bumper section, 2 tunnel sections, brackets for mounting and all hardware for assembly for only £200.

GREAT SERVICE

PHONED IN OVER THE XMAS HOLIDAYS TO MAKE SURE OF DELIVERY, WAS INFORMED THAT VIA EBAY WAS RUNNING A LITTLE SLOW. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN MAKING SURE I GOT THE PART IN TIME. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PART ARRIVED IN QUICK TIME
