I ordered my part at standard rate (not fast delivery) on Friday 5 September and Royal Mail delivered it on Saturday morning 6 September.

Item arrived day after I ordered it- exceptional! Man was very helpful when I rang to order. This company does it right.

Correct part for vehicle delivered in time for garage slot :)

Couldn’t believe how good the service was , ordered the part on Monday night and my van part was delivered to Ireland on Thursday morning at 9.30.
I Was updated all the time on progress and received a genuine part.

Ordered yesterday arrived today (morning) fitted and works perfectly - a genuine Hella unit not a replica that throw's up fault codes on the dashboard display. Much cheaper than dealership would highly recommend service I received was excellent.

I recently ordered an EGR cooler for my car and took it to a garage for installation, as it’s a job that requires professional work, not something simple like replacing a wiper blade. However, after the replacement, we discovered a serious coolant leak coming from the newly installed part.

I reported the issue to Neo Bros, and to their credit, they sent me a replacement, which worked perfectly, confirming that the original part was indeed faulty. However, the cost I now have to pay the garage has more than doubled due to their defective product causing repeated replacement job and requiring on car diagnosis.

Legally and ethically, sellers are responsible for covering labour costs incurred as a direct result of faulty parts. This is a basic consumer right. Yet, Neo Bros is refusing to compensate me, claiming it’s not their responsibility.

I’m now escalating the issue to both the Small Claims Court and Trading Standards. Let’s see what they have to say.

To sum up: if you're thinking of buying a part from this seller and plan to have it professionally installed, think twice. If there’s a problem with the part, you may end up facing significant extra labour costs and they’ll wash their hands of it.

Order an R56 VANOS unit, solenoid valve and camshaft bolts. Arrived well packed and earlier than promised. Great quality, fitted to car and now restored to rude health great company to deal with at good price. Thank you.
