ordered a product on 04/08/16, order not sent out until 23/08/16 and not received until 25/08/16 despite contacting customer services twice and each time being told that the order would be sent within 24-48hours (which it wasn't) and both emails received appeared to be standard automated responses.

The quality of the goods wasn't that great either and I will not be ordering again.

Communication sucks a little bit

Received a t-shirt that was supposed to be red, white and blue, but it is obviously old stock or was kept exposed to direct sunlight, as the red is now pink! Have tried to contact their customer support (using their own system) but they have not bothered acknowledging my email and have not replied to it either. Very poor product and service hence the low score.

I ordered a Batman logo t-shirt from the Batman v Superman movie and received in the estimated time. The quality is superb, very nice cotton, color and printed logo. The fit is also great.

An offer popped up on my phone for a bundle of Star Wars T-shirts.

Looked like a great offer so ordered a set.

Got home to find they had beaten us home.

Good shirts and reasonable sizes.

Worst case senario, instead of getting any of the t-shirts shown in advertisements (doubt anyone does - false advertising), received t-shirts with disappointing designs not a good deal at all then as I won't wear them. At least charity shop will get some new stock. Feel I was gullible for buying, will warn others off on FB.

The 4 shirts for £19.99 is a great deal and really fast service. Any Star Wars fan should buy these.

I had ordered a Zelda mystery box back on July 31st of 2015. A few months later, I had asked about what was going on with it, and apparently one of the items was still out of stock.

Flash forward to July 31st of 2016, and I still hadn't received the product. After asking about the status of it, it had apparently shipped in May and apparently gotten lost in international shipping. They offered either a refund or in store credit, I accepted the credit, and while it's not a Zelda mystery box my second set of goods has arrived safely. This is awesome merch, and they really went out of their way to make things right.

The t- shirts are excellent but were not posted with full postal address which caused a nightmare with the postman when i live in a block of flats.

I ordered the £29.99 mystery box, what did I get, the £19.99 T-shirt box with a mouse mat and 4 tea costers. WOW!!!!!!

Not happy, what more can I say. I accidentally entered my previous address when making my order, but I instantly realised my mistake and emailed them straight away stating my error, gave them my proper address etc and again appilogised for my error... I never got any response. Then receive an automatic email 3 days later telling me that my order was ready to ship. Once again emailed them stating what had happened and that I had not heard from them, once gain gave them all the information and hoped that would have wsolved the problem. I received an email back 2 days later telling me to go visit the tennents of my previous address as I was too late getting in touch with them and the package had been delivered. I got in touch with them, and nothing had been delivered. Since then have asked the company for the name of the courier company and I'll attempt to track the parcel down myself, but again have had no response. Guess I've got to kiss my money goodbye 😞
