I was impressed with netpris.dk
Normally, I do not spend time writing reviews or recommendations. I feel compelled, however, to write one for netpris.dk. I was not entirely sure what to expect. Ordered for DKK 1,300.00 of goods (mostly alcohol, at very competitive prices). I received instant confirmation. Only 2 days later I could pick up everything at a local store, just a couple of minutes away from where I live. Total transport cost was a mere DKK 50! All goods were safely packed and received. On the basis of this experience, I can only whole-heartedly recommend netpris.dk

Nothing went correctly
We made a fairly substantial order of 43 separate items, for a total cost of roughly 1000dkk. The first package arrived with 1 item in the box, and it was nothing we had ordered. But we were charged the full amount for shipping. 4 days later, we got a second shipment. This time about two thirds of our order was shipped, but substitutions were made without asking (Chocolate with Hasselnuts were substituted for Chocolate with Almonds). And NOTHING was said about our missing items... which, coincidently was the reason we had ordered from Netpris to begin with. We waited a week to see if our missing items would arrive. Called and emailed today, to be told "sorry, some items were not in stock so we refunded part of your order. Next problem, they did not refund the entire amount. And there was not explanation of the refund. After finally getting an explanation, they still tried to keep the 'rebate' we were given for ordering 10 items, but since we only received 7, they took the rebate back. Granted it only works out to 7.45 kr, but it is the principle of it, especially after all the other problems. All in all, it took nearly 3 weeks to get sorted out.
Final advice, stay far, far away from these folks. We will not order from them again.

The best customer service
The best customer service I have ever experienced so far!! I have received incorrect product, so they refunded me the whole sum of money I have paid for the product without returning the wrong one. Highly recommended !
