29 days for ordre. Shippii totally useless!

Placed order Jan 7. Payed extra to Shippii. Netpris sent it the day after. Could not sign in at Shippii. Numerous calls to them. After 10 days they answered and package was lost. Finally Netpris answered my fourth mail but did not know anything.
One nice person at Netpris communicted well.
Shippii is to blame here! Absolutely useless service!
Never got tracking number as promised.
Package was sent with normal Postal service and delivered 29 days after placed order.
Will never buy chocolate there again - unless they change their shipping partner!

Hello Katene.
I am sorry that you have had a bad experience. Normally packing + shipping are between 2-9 days and unfortunately this is not the experience you have had. Less than 1% of the packages SHIPPII handles "disappear" during transport, but it's really too bad when it happens. Best

Jeres ordre er pakket og afventer transpotøren.
I kan ringe til shippii for at høre mere, men jeg ved der bliver hentet vare hele tiden og jeres vare er sendt i det øjeblik i modtager en mail med tracking.
Som det ser ud nu har i jeres vare mellem onsdag og fredag men jeg kan intet love, i skal snakke med fragtfirmaet for at få nærmere besked men det er mit bedste gæt.
I kan altid skrive eller ringe hvis i ønsker hjælp eller har sprøgsmål også skal vi gøre vores bedste for at hjælpe jer.
Vi undskylder den lange ventetid, det er jul og vi har meget travlt men gør hvad vi kan.
