My father had a freak accident which broke a couple of poles on my sons treasured goal. I emailed them about it and they replaced the poles free of charge. Rebecca and Connor were very helpful, kind and understanding. Great customer service.

Great Product, poor service.
Purchased x2 dugouts on a 2-4 day delivery, this took over 2 weeks to be delivered with no updates, i called multiple times and each time I called i was on hold for 45 mins plus, to then get told its out for delivery! when it was finally delivered there was some minor parts missing, i did speak to someone he did offer a 50% refund on the delivery which was excepted, I am still awaiting this refund. Called again to chase to be told it can take 10 days, 14 days later still no refund or missing parts.
I am sure this is a one off.

Not received order in the time frame, not even received tracking information.
Edit. Still not received the item. Tried calling I’ve been the next caller for over an hour.

Saved a chunk of money by going direct to the site rather than getting the same product via Amazon. Also saved a bit more with a discount code. Think extra was added for delivery. Overall happy with the purchase, will come back for more.

It honestly was a speedy and effortless experience. I found exactly what I was looking for and the transaction was quite straight forward. It would have been even better with the PayPal option for me personally but it was still a swift process from payment to confirmation. I read the other reviewers first and that sealed my decision, which I always read before any purchase. Thanks for this. Cheers

Networks sports contacted trust pilot to remove my negative review so I’m re uploading this, terrible company, terrible practices and terrible products management are absolutely terrible promised multiple call backs by them never received, spoke to both of them and they both sound like they have 1 brain cell between them, emailed CEO, waiting for response

Funny how Networld Sports aren’t replying to negative reviews only the fake positive ones

More than half order is on back order till mid September so no issues there however already dredging it arriving, One can burst on initial delivery!
