I've been shopping at Nevada since they were a tiny shop in north end called Telecoms, very good service very good products.

Purchased a used Roland PM-10 drum monitor at roughly 2:30pm and received it the following morning. Item was well-packaged and in excellent condition for a used item. The monitor works well and sounds great. Sales assistant made the transaction a breeze. Would be confident to buy from Nevada Music in the future.

I'd originally purchased a second hand guitar which arrived damaged in the post - it seemed the courier had drop kicked it. Nevada offered to collect the guitar straight away, but as there store is nearby I went straight there. They returned the guitar with no argument and then advised me on a replacement model and offered a discount on it as well as throwing in a stand and plectrums galore. Very pleased customer in the end.

Bought an Epiphone guitar and stand online, the items were delivered very quickly and extremely well packaged, highly recommended!

took a freind to nevada to buy a new guitar. she hadnt been there before and we debated Andertons and guitar village both of which had given excellent previous service. we arrived at 4.30 pm and spent some time trying different showroom models.most were out of tune and had no batteries for the self tuner. whilst the assistant was helpful, they seemed to be in a hurry to get home, and started turning lights out at 5.15pm.
i asked the assistant for a best cash price on the guitar which was 316.00. no discount was offered. we had to buy the guitar strap at 16.00 which also wasnt offered. my friend returned two days later to buy a case.and the staff were off hand. BTW saw same guitar in GAK Brighton for 90.00 less on Saturday.shop around.Guitar is ACE tho

Purchased a Sub bass from Nevada which I collected from their store in Portsmouth.

The staff were distant, cold and fairly unfriendly. But I picked the bass up.

When I got home and started setting it up, I found corroded, stripped screws holding in the pickup as well as the promised gig bag missing.

The online support team, however, were superb, quickly offered acceptable solutions, including fast dispatch of missing gig bag.

So, whilst it wasn't perfect, full marks for the post sales support - it was much appreciated. Given they are very fast to sort out issues, I'd still use Nevada and definitely recommend them.

Every time I go to Nevada I'm like a kid in a sweet shop, and each time I've made a purchase (almost every time I've been in) the help and service provided by the staff has been unsurpassed. The benefits of going to a smaller company over a larger one are always service-related. I don't feel like just a customer number here. Keep it up guys!

the experience is a pretty good one , the sales team always find someone to help if needed, only problem i find is i always come out with more than i planned to buy !!!
only criticism i have is that they didnt have what i was looking for the lat time ......i still came out with more !!
