I asked to wait and order one in. The team kept me informed and let me know when the product was sent out.

I purchased an electric piano and stand via the Internet service. The instrument was delivered the next day and when I phoned to enquire about the stand (which had to be ordered in) they were fantastic on the phone and promised to call me as soon as it was in - which they did! A very professional company with excellent service!

Just popped in (as is regular) for a couple of things....store well-stocked and service was great. Staff very knowledgable and polite.

I recently bought a fender amp after trying many out in the shop.After two days at home it developed a problem with the reverb.I rang the shop told them the problem they said to bring it back and they would either fix it or exchange it for a different model ,the choice was mine.I.chose a different model and they even knocked money off for my travel costs . Ordered this product over the phone asked some questions and got a straight answer, the product arrived a day early, well packed, and was all the salesman said it was, love it, easy to put together, and easy to use.

Honest sale of a quality item via eBay. Still expensive for an item missing the footswitch but this was mentioned on the description. Very satisfied with the amp overall.

Ordered a fulltone pedal...it was a good price..it arrived the next day..I love the pedal...a great service from Nevada music.

The staff at Nevada are a very helpful bunch. There's loads of equipment in their store to try out before you buy. I was thinking of branching out into guitar and one of the staff tuned an Ibanez for me and let me loose in their demo room. You don't get harassed as soon as you step in the door. Their store prices are the same as their on-line prices. My only slight criticism is that other suppliers list new gear quicker on their websites.

I have used Nevada music many times since picking the guitar up again.
Every visit to the shop has resulted in brilliant customer service helpful staff and honest advice about what I wish to purchase.
The shop is set up great with everything you would ever want on display and easy to find what your looking for and there stock levels are great too.
Keep up the good work and I'm sure I will be visiting soon again.
