A very securely packaged parcel arrived on the second day after being ordered. The 'previously loved' item arrived in it's original box with full manual and other necessaries all in good condition and working order.
Nevada also have an extensive range of instruments and other gear which means it won't be too long before I'm back for something else.

I purchased a guitar case from Nevada Music when it arrived it had a small fault I informed them by e mail and attached 2 pictures I did not think it warranted a return but the reply I got back just said thanks for letting us know if you want to return the item fill in the returns form I would have thought that instead of all the hassle of sending it back some compensation would have been offered but no just a very basic reply very disappointed with this company will not use again.

Placed an order with Nevada Music on 14th Dec 2015 late afternoon and expected it to be delivered on the 16th Dec........ the order arrived on the
15th Dec - that's what I call a good service.
Whenever I have placed orders with Nevada, they have always been delivered on time and the packaging has been secure.
The only negative comment I would make is that the warehouse at Nevada do not follow delivery instructions......request on previous orders and the last one ( 15th Dec 2015 ) to attach a special message to the front of the packaging ( for the benefit of the courier ) was not carried out.

I bought the guitar on line from Nevada for £40 less than any other sellers and also got a free bag and free next day delivery. I phoned Nevada before placing the order with a couple of questions and they couldn't have been more helpful. Nevada will be the first place I look when I want to buy again.

Delivery took a day longer than advertised, but the guitar arrived well packaged.
For GBP 209 (on offer) it is a good guitar - it is no match for my J45, but that cost almost 10 times more and I don't want to take it to the open mic sessions.
The Dove Pro plays well and sounds good for the price, the built in pickup also works well...I am surprised they can offer all this at this price point

I love going to a real guitar shop rather than the internet. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. I'm not a fantastic guitarist but they have kept me inspired for 30yrs? since telecom days!!!

I can't recommend Nevada Music enough. I placed an order online early one morning and due to a security problem with my card they called me within a couple of hours to sort it out. The order was with me the next day. Great price and great service.

The item (an Amp head) was very competatively priced, very well packaged and delivered dead centre of the one hour delivery window in 24 hours. All in all perfect. I can't howerver, comment on how they handle problems, since thus far there haven't been any.
