This is the second time I've purchased from Nevada. No hassles. Still need to check one of the items but it arrived in better physical condition than I thought (pre-owned).

Going into Nevada Music is a joyful experience. The staff are patient and well informed. They will go out of their way to help you make a decision on what is, normally, quite a substantial purchase. They do not simply try and 'sell' the most expensive items but help you find the instrument or equipment with is right for you and your needs. They are knowledgeable and are always prepared to "go the extra mile" to help.

I ordered a new guitar at approx 7pm on the Wednesday evening and it was delivered Friday morning. Great service and the price I paid for the guitar was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Thank you

Went in to buy an acoustic drum kit, came out with a good starter electronic set. This was after expert advice from Jof (I think). He spent over 20 minutes showing me and describing the merits of both acoustic and electronic and asked lots of questions about for whom I was buying the drums and more importantly really listened to my answers and concerns. I came away feeling confident that I had bought the right set and am really excited about my daughter opening the box on Christmas day.
You might be able to find instruments very slightly cheaper on the internet, although Nevada are very reasonable. What you won't get on the internet is the personal advice and service that you can get from Nevada.

I have used Nevada for a few years, I prefer to visit the shop to get gear and make the most of the atmosphere and friendly knowledgable staff, but recently used the online service when I can't get there which is fast and easy, great store keep it up!!!
