Sized too small. The shoe was supposed to be wide. They were not. NOTHING on the actual shoe even shows the size.

Warrant any stars! I sent for 2 pairs of Wedge orthopaedic sandals in size 39. They arrived and 1 pair is too big the other 2 sizes smaller. Shoddy workmanship on both pairs of shoes! I have contacted the Customer Services on numerous occasions. I had 1 response which asked for photos of the shoes which I sent. I’ve heard nothing since! They won’t respond to emails! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!

I ordered a size 3 sandal via FB (first mistake!!). They eventually arrived but are far too big - more like a size 6. I sent various emails but have had no response. I am putting my purchase down to experience but I don't think I will be buying via FB again. I didn't read the reviews (second mistake!) but avoid Navajo like the plague.

They don’t deserve even 1 star, I gave it only because there isn’t any other way to write here what I think about them. I didn’t receive the sandals and when contacted yodel, they’ve told me that the item had been returned to the sender and I’ve to contact the sender. The email address on shop is wrong, I found the other one, but obviously no answer. So no product, no money back! Appalling!

Ordered a size up as advised by the advert and then the sandals are far too big. No reply to emails. Do not buy .

Gave one star which is one too many! Quality was very poor and returned to Ipswich for refund. None received after a month. No response to letters or e-mails for refund and now cosidered as a complete "rip off"
How they continue to trade is a mystery.

Shoes were 2-3 sizes smaller than advertised. My emails were completely ignored. Positive reviews must be fake. I've applied to my credit card company for a buyer protection refund

I have emailed this company at least 7 times for a return no reply. I am now looking legally into this

They keep rebrand. Now they are calling the company Zavejo. I order one pair of shoes from before reading the reviews. To be honest I already counting be scam with £29.99.everything from their site is 29.99 I should have realized that could only be scam. Someone has to stop them. I have received my item yet, but after the reviews I do not want it as I already accepted the lost of my money. I am going to contact the Standard agency I see what could be done to stop this people.

Cheap nasty plastic sandals, complete scam. Tried to get a refund, sent several emails but no reply. Don’t buy from this company! They are not French at all and really cheap quality.

Sandals arrived eventually. I had forgotten I had ordered them. No invoice or company packaging slip.
Sandals are too narrow for me. E mailed about return address 7 jUNE 2023 no reply.
returns are at your expense and no guarantee they will refund until they have checked them!

Also fell for the Facebook scam. The advert I used on Facebook was a company called Mavezo. The payment in my bank was to Nevajo. No confirmation email. Payment of £29.99 (Reduced from £59.99, bargain!!) Sandals finally came, absolute joke!! Cheap and nasty plastic materials and the smell of the glue/plastic was disgusting. I have not even bothered to try to return as it will not be accepted by them so I have just had to accept I was ripped off. AVOID.

Shoes are absolute rubbish, terrible quality and look awful. No response to 4 e-mails - just ignored, no returns function, no phone number or chat available on their website. DO NOT BUY.

DO NOT BUY. As everyone else has stated the shoes are awful and there is no way of returning them. Scammed out of £30.

DO NOT BUY! Stupidly ordered some shoes from an FB advert. Arrived and were shockingly bad quality. Was never able to get hold of any after sales support to return them - information on website is useless and they are uncontactable. I reported them to Trading Standards, Action Fraud and Citizen’s Advice who said they’d had many complaints for this “company”.

I have sent numerous emails to this company to ask for a refund but no response Please respond to my order 7324 and advise how to process my refund.

Rubbish, don't buy. Tried and tried to contact them but no answer to emails. Quality is utter rubbish

Purchased the orthopedic sandals reviews on advert on FB were good. However the strap broke on first wear and also it was like walking on bricks. Have emailed 3 times no response £30 wasted

Absolutely dreadful quality - buckles not even attached to the sandals. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Now trying to figure out returns process.
