This dress is incredible. The fit, the sleeves, the length. I sized up 2 sizes. Typically a 16 and got the 20. Glad I did as it just changes the fit of it. I could have just sized up 1 size but glad I went the 2 especially for the length - I'm tall. I think sizing up is the way to go, I feel like despite the fact the dress would fit, it would change the look of it and possibly distort the print.

Fantastic NFD jeans can’t believe the beautiful design on the pockets these will be forever jeans, great value as bought in sale, quality of material is fab a great wardrobe staple

Really love the boldness of the fabric and styling/ shape. It’s different and my NFD outfits always receive fabulous compliments without fail !

You can exchange items from the UK, if they have the size you want in stock. Otherwise forget it.
Sizes do not appear to conform to standard UK sizes.
You can have a credit note, but no money returned to your bank account.
The whole returns process is very strange - conducted via WhatsApp.
I will not be ordering from this company again.

The colour of the dress looked dull compared to the picture

I have been eyeing a certain dress that has been all over your socials for some time and I was disappointed when it arrived and there was a large discrepancy between the size of the top and the elastic in the waist it is the dress that is the drop shoulder long with the crinkly fabric I was very disappointed to have to return both versions of that dress

I loved the quick delivery and turnaround when I needed to return and purchase new items; however, I am surprised by the fit. I am normally a size 26/28. I’ve had to return and will have to return again because size 24 is also extremely large.

Sizes are ok, as Well as the Colors

After a wobbly start (a misunderstanding over an order) their customer service in handling my query was excellent! They really could not apologise enough and went out of their way to rectify the issue. As well as offering a discount code as a goodwill gesture of my next order. Well done NFD 😊👏👏

I loved the dress but was very disappointed with how creased it was . After paying €175.00 I then how to leave it in to be steamed in the dry cleaners.

Beautiful clothes but customer service is shocking ! I was struggling to return an item normally returns are on your orders when buying online but couldn’t find it anywhere so sent message through Facebook and also emailed it’s now 9 days later and they still haven’t replied to me.

I found this company whilst I was looking for a wedding guest dress.

I have ordered 3 dresses so far, and they are all absolutely stunning. The fit is perfect and they are exactly as described.
They are not cheap but well worth the money.....and make in the UK....
