Took annual £15 fee without sending a reminder or checking if I still wanted to renew this annual delivery pass. Very poor - tantamount to theft.

Easy to order and arrived very quickly. I tend to dress closer to a 10 however having tried on NFD before I found they ran a little small. I ordered the 12 and this fit perfectly.

The dress was overpriced for the quality of the fabric, I returned it the same day I received the dress, the refund process is painfully slow I cant understand why it takes almost 2 weeks to process a refund for an item.

Lovely dress and felt confident in it however, within 5 minutes of wearing it the thread where the neck tie attaches came loose and unravelled. Not very secure and expected it to be better made for the price.

The top and wrap around skirt looked really nice online, when they arrived I was disappointed how cheaply made they looked for the price I had paid for them. Your clothes are usually far better than this.

I love NFD and most of my wardrobe is from here, I was also a big fan of the preloved platform they had and was one of their top customers (according to them as they reached out).

However they have now changed the platform and it’s impossible to use. I have tried all the items I have to sell and none appear on the list. I contacted customer service and currently no way to do this. They said it would be resolved by end of the week but that’s not happened. Bizarrely they are selling the same item online by someone else but I can’t search or select it.

It’s really frustrating that they have changed their platform to one much less user friendly. You lose your place and have to relog in every time, it sends you an email to verify every time which is hassle. Overall really un user friendly and defeats the purpose of trying to be sustainable.

Beautiful dress and good fit!

I found the cardigan very poor quality, it bobbled within a couple of hours of wearing

I bought abstract beaded fringe handbag to match dress. Pink tassels were of poor quality,some threads were hanging off. Made bag look cheap. Will definitely remove before wearing.

the dress feels cheap like a alixpress dress with a £100 price tag. The colours were nice though.

This dress is incredible. The fit, the sleeves, the length. I sized up 2 sizes. Typically a 16 and got the 20. Glad I did as it just changes the fit of it. I could have just sized up 1 size but glad I went the 2 especially for the length - I'm tall. I think sizing up is the way to go, I feel like despite the fact the dress would fit, it would change the look of it and possibly distort the print.
