Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service didn't receive an order confirmation because I had accidentally typed in the wrong email address however contact customer service who found it, corrected it and sent my confirmation. Just perfect! Thanks Alice 😄

What a wonderful company

What a wonderful company! Their customer service is exemplary and very prompt to respond , helping with issues and giving advice. The dress I purchased was beautiful. The fabric was beautiful and such beautiful colours. I cannot recommend NFD highly enough, thank you to the team!

I just adore this website

I just adore this website! Ordered from them for a few years but more recently! The colours of the clothes are stunning and the customer service just brilliant.

Lovely designs.

Lovely designs.
Easy to use website, description of items . Good communication on arrival of dress. Did have to contact customer service , as a problem on returns portal for the return of one of the dresses, but great correspondence, problem resolved very quickly .

Disappointed

I'm afraid I didn't like the dress I thought the price did not reflect the quality, I am also disappointed at how long it is taking for my refund. The goods were confirmed returned on 2nd April and yet as of today no money has been revived back! 09/04
