The dress is beautiful however I have found the last few dresses I have ordered have arrived very creased. They are layered with the paper but are extremely creased all over which is not what I’d expect from NFD, as a premium brand. I’ve bought many pieces from NFD over the years and the deliveries have always been impeccable. I think they need to do better quality control on this as it weakens their brand and does not reflect their price point in a positive way. Hopefully this is taken as constructive feedback, thank you

Part of my order hasn’t arrived. I ordered the same dress in a size 8 and a size 10, but I have only received the size 8, which is too small for me.

I really love the overall design, style and quality of your dresses – they are truly beautiful and unique. You can see the attention to detail and the effort put into each piece.

The only small note I would add is regarding the fit in the bust area. For those of us with a fuller chest, it can feel a bit tight if the fabric isn’t stretchy. However, if I size up, the rest of the dress becomes too loose.

It would be amazing if future designs could allow just a little more room in the bust (especially for non-stretch fabrics), as it would make the fit much more comfortable without compromising the overall silhouette.

Otherwise, absolutely love your pieces and will definitely keep coming back 🤍

My parcel never arrived and even though this wasn’t the companies fault. I felt enough wasn’t done to find it. I did everything at my end. I contacted the company straight away and the delivery company could have fixed this. The item I wanted was then out of stock, after I had purchased a fascinator, bag and shoes to match the undelivered item. I was incredibly disappointed and customer service was not good enough.

The clothing wasn't the quality i was expecting for the price point. It feels very thin and like fast fashion which wont wash or wear well.

I still couldnt receive my package. Courier here says it is lost and sender says it is delivered to picking point but I dont receive information. Lots of emails for weeks and still not solved. Very unfortunate

I think that the quality of the product is not very good. The dress is nice, but the fabric looks cheap.
