Product sent with security tag…
Product sent with security tag attached. Could not contact the company to send it back. Terrible customer service. I was not able to contact the company for a returns label. After five days of trying I smashed the tag off, this damaged the product. They have replied quicker to my trust pilot review quicker than my issue. What a joke.

Our records show that our customer service team spoke to you on the phone and by email on several occasions to arrange for the item to be returned to us for the tags to be removed. You then attempted to remove the security tag yourself and damaged the item. We regret the inconvenience caused.

The sizing was completely wrong
The sizing was completely wrong. The size 16 sent to me was smaller than my current pair. I wished to change it but that option was not given. I had to post the trousers back and pay for my own return postage when the problem was not of my making so I am £5 out of pocket.

Expensive and slow delivery and slow customer service ticket response.
They charge £5 delivery that takes more than five days to arrive and then you have to pay more to return it if the shoe doesn't fit (which also takes 5 days). Edit: just tied calling customer services to chase a refund AND a missing parcel and the system ended the call saying the offices are closed now and then recites the opening hours which indicate the offices should be open (Wed 2pm).

Difficult yo give any review other than they advertise and sell quality gear at good prices.
