Scuffed/Damaged Boots Received. Replaced by Nevisport with an even worse pair
Ordered Scarpa boots and another pair of boots and a jacket. Jacket received initially and returned as too big. Enquired where the two pairs of boots were and customer services replied that two pairs of socks were being sent separately. Queried that obviously and replied the footwear would be sent.
One pair was ok the Scarpa boots were scraped and scuffed. Contacted customer services and sent photos requesting a replacement pair. Returned to Nevisport with their label. Received a second pair which were worse. Scuffed, obviously from the creased leather over the toe area they had been tried on numerous times. No Scarpa labels, these had been removed. Contacted customer services again, with photos of the boots. Another label to return. Posted on 9th, delivered on 11th, still no refund on 18th June. Emailed requesting refund today, but would not recommend based on this experience.

The Scarpa Crux are my goto shoes
The Scarpa Crux are my goto shoes for easy rock climbing, scrambling, hiking and mountain biking in dry conditions as they are so comfortable, grippy on rock and trails and very very robust. I've had at least half a dozed pairs over the decades working as Scottish guide and spending all summer in the alps and still use the old worn ones when equipping new routes and gardening in my backyard in the Scottish Highlands. They are so durable and comfortable and never seem to wear out! As always a great selection and keen prices from Nevisport and great to see these Scarpa shoes on sale before we head back out to the French Alps.

I purchased an item from Nevisport unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for me, it was an expensive item and I contacted them to explain my circumstances, all I can say is that they were absolutely excellent, they immediately gave me return postage label and I return the item which was refunded without question, I would highly rate this company and will certainly use them in future, i’ve experienced difficulty in returning items to some very major stores, but these are 2nd to none in the quality of service and professionalism.
