Found the product I was after at a good price. The carrier contacted me to say they were awaiting it but nothing again till day of delivery . A bit more comms from Nevis sport would be nice . The item great and good website . Just wish shops were nearer to me

Returns process was easy
I used the the Zoka trainer measure tool first before ordering the size however the shoe was too small. Returns were easy via Asda the refund came about 2 weeks later.

Communication was poor throughout the process.
Product was faulty and leaked excessively on first use.
I had to chase initial delivery and refund. Did receive refund but I wouldn't use this company again

It took 8 days to receive this item. I'm not sure what was going on but the delivery company was emailing saying we have your parcel and it will be delivered 2 days ago.... some inefficiency in their dispatch system for sure.

Good price and service just no refund yet.
It’s a shame as I wanted to write a review to encourage people to buy from smaller companies like this instead of Blacks / Rab / JD etc.
I sent my 14 year olds coat back on 11th May and I still have not had a refund.
It was a good price and I was sceptical that it wouldn’t arrive.
I cannot buy another until I’ve had that money.
I emailed Customer Service on 19th May to see if they had recieved it.
They did reply which is always a bonus. In fact they replied the same day. I was told I would receive a refund within 10 working days.

Item sold as new, but in poor condition
Paid over £170 for new boots. Item arrived in a battered box, and boots look as if they are ex-display, covered in scratches and creased as if they have been tried on multiple times. Also had issues with delivery as others here seem to have. First time customer, won't be using again.

Goretex trainers not waterproof
Hi
I ordered a pair of Altra Timp 5 goretex trainers - order number 2000424236 .
I wore them for the first time in Scotland in heavy rain on a 20 min walk. Unfortunately, my feet were soaking wet on my return and the shoes have not kept my feet dry at all.
Please can I get a refund?
