Sideboard arrived promptly, at the time stated, it was unpacked and positioned as requested by very helpful delivery men. I am delighted with the sideboard which looks very modern. I purchased a GFA Iowa reclining chair…
I purchased a GFA Iowa reclining chair from Newby in late August 2025. A well known High Street furniture chain sell exactly the same model under a different name (the Olaf Leather power recliner) but one of the salesperson in the local store let slip that the model was actually a GFA model.
Newby House sell the exact same model for approximately £600 less
Regardless of the substantial difference in price, the service from Newby was exemplary; the chair was delivered within a week of payment.
I was able to track exactly where my delivery was on the day (Newby use a third party for delivery) and the delivery chaps brought the recliner into my lounge, set the chair up for me, ensured i was happy with it and then took all the packaging away.
Highly recommend Newby and their third party delivery company
