I purchased 9070 XT sapphire pure

I purchased 9070 XT sapphire pure. It was delayed and then lost by UPS. It will be about a month before I get my card now. It's the last part I need for my all white build. Chris understood my frustration immediately, put in a claim for a replacement and offered expedited shipping from newegg if the card became available through them. Quick, gast, understood everything i was saying. Was great and my based email :D

I ordered a WolfBox MegaFlow 100 from…

I ordered a WolfBox MegaFlow 100 from New Egg, versus any of the myriad of alternatives, because they offered a discount promo, reducing the price, before taxes, to 59.99. I bought it paying w/my PayPal acct. When looking at my acct., for an unrelated reason, I noticed I'd been charged $96.84. In an effort to resolve this, I was put thru an automated sys., which seemed designed to frustrate... it did. What I should have been charged, after MA sales tax, should have been $63.74, quite a bit less than what I was. I will not order from New Egg again.

Beware remarked/fake AMD processors from Senytech!

Have been a customer of Newegg.com for almost 19 years. Recently tried to return an AMD Ryzen 5800X3D CPU that failed after only 4 months. Discovered to my horror that it was not for sale in the United States and I couldn't return it to AMD -- no warranty!
Newegg and seller Senytech flat out refused to explain the problem and said only that they have a 30 day return police.

It was an Awesome Customer Service!

It was an Awesome Customer Service from Newegg. I had purchased a refurbished mini pc with Windows 11 pre-loaded. I love using this Mini PC, it runs as good as a New One! However, when I received it, I found that the mouse was broken during shipping. After notifying Newegg of the broken mouse, to my Suprise, as well as Expectation a replacement mouse was shipped to me. More than that, the replacement mouse was an upgraded, better quality then the original one! Thank You, Newegg!

They have earned a good reputation and rating.

They truly do make returns, "hassle free". They have great product availability and also have their "Shuffle" lottery where you get a chance to buy scarce products, which I believe helps regular people get some product, instead of scalpers grabbing everything. I have placed multiple orders with them, some very high $, and been happy with the interactions on every order. I am a fan, and they've earned it.

I recently purchased an MSI SHADOW…

I recently purchased an MSI SHADOW GeForce RTX 5070 graphics card for $599.99 directly from Newegg, using my U.S. bank card, and had it shipped to a legitimate warehouse in Delaware. I live abroad (in Bolivia), and this is a perfectly normal procedure many international customers use to consolidate shipments and reduce international shipping costs.

Shortly after placing my order, Newegg permanently disabled my account without providing any reason or chance to appeal. I didn’t violate any rules. The payment was real, the address was valid, and the purchase was for personal use. All I received was a generic response saying my account was no longer accessible — no explanation, no refund, no tracking access, nothing.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I was a legitimate paying customer. The lack of transparency, the dismissive attitude of customer support, and the refusal to even consider a conversation show how little Newegg values its customers.

Avoid this company if you live outside the U.S. or use freight forwarding services — they might take your money and delete your account without warning.

Great prices for acceptable parts

Great prices for acceptable parts. You do get the occasional DOA part but hey the warranty is good enough to make it not a hassle. Especially if you live on the west coast. Don’t buy the premium shipping. It will still show up in two days with the free shipping.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and…

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Bri from the tech support department and they both were very knowledgeable helpful and polite. I had a issue with my shipping address not being updated on the website when I placed the order and Chris was able to get the correct address updated even though my gpu was already shipped. I was told that it wouldn't be guaranteed due to the item being already shipped but he pulled it off. My item was delivered to the correct address and on the original estimated delivery date! I really appreciate the dedication and reliability of the tech support team and will be looking forward to many more pc builds with newegg.
