I’ve have order 3 caps any they deliver only 2 caps and I’ve been touch with them about my missing cap ! They send me attached video form their warehouse and wasn’t clear about my chipping items 😬😬😬😬

I never received my order and still haven’t been refunded 12 days later
My order was not delivered by the courier. I contacted both New Era Caps & DPD to report the issue. Both said they would raise an investigation. DPD contacted me a week later and said, “They accept liability so please contact shipper to make a claim”. I have not had any response back from New Era Caps.
So, I am basically missing my order and missing the payment I made and no one is responding.
