I love next
I love next. The ease of ordering online and returning items by scanning them yourself suits me as a busy mum. I don’t have the time to shop in real life or try clothing on in fitting rooms.
I feel much more comfortable trying things on at home when I’m calm and not rushed.

I think this is my 4th or 5th complaint…
I think this is my 4th or 5th complaint about how awful the courier for next is...ie EVRI..and what a bunch of liars they are...Allegedly they have claimed noone has been home to collect my parcels from. However my RING camera says....YOU BUNCH OF LIARS!!!! They have not come to collect; I have been home and at no point have they come to my door. This is twice now in 3 days. I would post via Royal Mail but the parcel is too big for their medium size parcel range....so what am I to do.... If I could use the C word to explain how I feel about your courier service I would...because I am now really really peed off. So what are you going to do for me to ensure my parcels are collected???????

The quality does not meet the standards
Next, what have you done with women’s house slippers? I always bought slippers from Next, and they were wonderful. This time I bought several pairs, and they're all too small and narrow. This store cannot be trusted, they completely ruined the quality for no reason. I'll be buying slippers elsewhere from now on, but not from Next.
