The quality does not meet the standards
Next, what have you done with women’s house slippers? I always bought slippers from Next, and they were wonderful. This time I bought several pairs, and they're all too small and narrow. This store cannot be trusted, they completely ruined the quality for no reason. I'll be buying slippers elsewhere from now on, but not from Next.

Not impressed
Not impressed, have placed three orders over the last three weeks for Spring/Summer clothing. I have had to send everything back as size 14 was to big, apart from two items which were on the very snug size. So three trips to pick up my orders and three trips to return items. This is my normal size. Disappointed, as stock online is not in the stores!

Very easy to order and delivery time…
Very easy to order and delivery time spot on. I don’t know if I had option to pay for opening box as I found it very difficult to unpack and get rid of boxes as at almost 80 but as much strength as I used to have but got there and managed to fit legs. Chairs very nice I’ve already bought 4 of same chairs without arm rests very pleased with them. Thank you.
