We sold our house with Next Chapter and have no regrets at the choice we made. From my experience of selling previous properties with various Estate Agents, this has been the best by far. We were at first a little hesitant in using a relatively new company compared to a more established and larger one, but Amir was very honest, we liked what he had to say and his approach, the fact that he tried to be creative, and ultimately the fee was the most competitive by a long way.

Amir and his team pride themselves on 3 key principals - lower cost, better service and professional pictures. Amir has clearly seen a gap in the market and I'm sure his company will grow further if he sticks to these principals.
The cost is a fixed fee and significantly cheaper than other local Estate Agents who couldn't compete with this. Amir recognises that Estate Agenting has moved on with the introduction of on-line companies and that you don't need a shop window to sell a house, therefore passing this saving onto the seller. Let's face it, this is the most important thing for all of us and we saved money!
Amir uses a creative photographer to get the best pictures and they do stand out from the rest on the various websites. You do pay a small upfront fee here to the photographer, but it's worth it.
Next Chapter's service does make the whole experience easier. Amir was always contactable and available whenever needed, including late in the evenings and on Sunday's! This makes a difference, as he is able to accommodate and accompany every single viewing and allows more viewers through the door. Amir was never pushy or pressurised you into dropping the price unnecessarily etc. He ultimately worked around you and really put your interests first and listened to your needs. They even dropped off mulled wine and mince pies at Christmas!

For all these reasons we would 100% recommend Next Chapter to anyone. Thanks to Amir and all his team!

Amir and Kate are fantastic at what they do, I have been so happy throughout the whole process of selling my property, I honestly cannot fault them. They are on hand every step of the way and unlike other estate agents, they chase things up to make sure the sale goes through as quickly and as efficiently as possible! They took so much stress away and I would highly recommend them.

Living in Langdon Hills, Next Chapter would not be the obvious choice of estate agents but they were obvious to us. Having been looking at properties in Brentwood, we had seen this new estate pop up every now and then. We were amazed by the quality of the photos taken and the descriptions of the properties made you feel like you were in the property already. We were not disappointed when we appointed Next Chapter, Amir and his whole team were approachable and helpful every step of the way. Being our first experience of selling a property we cant recommend highly enough of Amir's services. Not only was our property sold within days after speaking to him, but the whole process was made to be very easy and stress free.
We spoke to a couple of the big high street names but was so pleased we made the right choice. I have a friend selling an almost identical property, and he didn't listen to my advice to use Next Chapter, 3 months on he is still trying to sell.

This has been my first experience of purchasing a flat and the process was a positive experience thanks in large to Next Chapter. Amir showed himself to be a personable individual from our very first conversation (his answering of the phone provided me with a constant source of entertainment) and no matter what time of the day it was always demonstrated enthusiasm when dealing with my queries. Next Chapter clearly make the effort to know all they can about the properties they are selling as Amir went into great detail about the flat, and was constantly chasing me when necessary to make sure the process was completed as smoothly as possible for both buyer and seller. I highly endorse Next Chapter as an estate agency that will provide a high level of service, so much so that I have notified Next Chapter I will be contacting them when it comes to selling my property.

Next Chapter team is unbelievable good; starting with their own "house doctor" Katy to the "saint" Amir. They took care of everything, I mean everything. From display, photos, marketing, viewing and post sale (yes, I said post sale) the attention to details are second to none. Working all the hours on the clock, they are truthful to their word.
I had tried to sell my house before through big high street agencies and all failed. I do believe that Amir can sell water in the rain forest!
I wish I had more properties to sell!

When we decided to sell our house we, originally, went down the typical estate agency route and weren't impressed. After seeing the great photography for all homes that were being marketed by Next Chapter we thought we should have a look for ourselves and I am so pleased we did. Amir and his team were great and it really felt as if they wanted the best for us out of our sale rather than just a quick bit of commission. They go above and beyond and no request was ever met with anything less than a great attitude. Amir was informative and thorough and handled all viewings whilst we were at work, so the whole process felt quite stress free (as much as buying/selling a house can be!) They delivered on everything they said they would and sold our property for more than the asking price within 5 days. I'm not sure we could have asked for much more.

We hadn't heard of Next Chapter when a family member suggested we give them a try. Amir, who runs the agency, was very helpful, polite and couldn't do enough for us so we decided to go with them instead of one of the 'usual' agencies. We were so glad we did. The photographer who took the pictures was very professional and we are sure it's because of the photos, and the description of property with them, that we sold within days of the property going on the market - and at full asking price. Throughout the whole conveyancing process, Amir kept in touch, keeping us informed of progress even when the solicitors did not. We found him helpful on so many occasions. All in all we have been extremely glad that we went with our instinct and 'tried' a new up and coming agency and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
