AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! they take your money and don’t send the equipment. Absolutely no way of contacting them other than email and they don’t respond. We’re £544 down with no fridge and having to get a Charge back via the bank. This is a scam company and needs to be closed down immediately!!!!

Very easy ordering and quick delivery

Next day catering are SCAMMERS beware before you spend your money. I have never received the goods totalling £300 and have not got my money back.

Wouldn't buy from them again. On the website it said delivery in 3 days 1 month later still ice cart.wont refund without taking 25% for handling so over £500 for not even sending out the item .
Customer Service is non existence they tell to email customer service. Which don't reply to you .live chat isn't much better .now taking legal advice

Received an email yesterday 15th stating that our order had been shipped and was on route! Today received an email stating it was out of stock!!! Yet they took payment.

They advertised an item as "in stock," took my payment immediately via BACS transfer, and then instantly went radio silent. Here is exactly how they operate: Fake Inventory: They lie about having items in stock just to capture your cash. Instant Cash Grab: By pushing for BACS payments, they ensure they get your money instantly. Zero Communication: Once they have your money, you will hear absolutely nothing from them. No order confirmations, no delay updates, just pure silence. Ghost Support: Their listed phone number is a useless loop of automated messages. It is impossible to speak to a real human being. The Refund Trap: When I finally forced the issue and demanded my money back, they claimed it would take two full weeks to process. They took my money in seconds but expect me to wait 14 days to get it back.
Avoid this company, unless you like no product no support and long delay in receiving a refund

Fantastic and easy to order

My experience will warn you about this company. They are faceless (not reachable by phone) and make claims of delivery which don't happen then demand further funds to be able to rearrange delivery. Cameras at delivery locations can't lie about them never having been when they say they attempted a delivery. No delivery date was given beforehand and the goods (a Stalwart freezer) have been charged for and never seen. I will never recommend them and will never touch them again - but I am going to get my money returned. Their stupid online tracking system even lets them down and does not confirm attempted delivery that they claim happened.
